Called 45 minutes before closing and the woman on the phone let me know next time i shouldn’t call so late because they’re all trying to leave. I have worked pizza service before. Management, delivery and I’ve made pizzas, that is not how that works. You make pizzas and deliver every order made until the minute you close. Change your hours or get new workers. Pathetic

Pizza is always great & you can tell the dough they use is fresh. Greek salad was fresh too with a good amount of feta cheese. I love, love, love Paul's Pizza!!

10/10 this pizza is unequivocally bussin whoever made this needs a spirit of Detroit award, this man needs his college tuition paid. This man needs to have peace for the rest of his days. I absolutely love this place. The food is AMAZING, the service is great despite the workers being more chill (which I don't mind) and it is overall always a fantastic experience. I reccomend the boneless chicken strip dinner and any of their Pizza.

Most of the food I order was okay. The ideal of eating pizza cheese which seems a synthetic version of mozzarella makes me a little sick. People need to Google that. Anything to save a buck I guess. Restaurant is b class if not lower.

Love the food, been ordering for a long time. Yesterday my food was delivered by a car full of youngsters banging music and smoking weed. Not very professional. Kinda disappointing. I'll still order just didn't appreciate that.

Just ordered from here you pay $13 for a cod meal and they give you 5 fries with 3 tiny pieces. The pizza was burt too and the roll was old. I will NEVER order from here again!

Went here last night. Last minute. 8 minutes before closing, and the service that we received from this guy. Was nothing short of amazing! He was very kind to us. In which I wish all restaurants were like this! I understand that the restaurant has to close at a certain time. And being that we ordered pizza, tenders and fries! It was super hot and fresh! The fries could’ve been a little hotter but hey it was 8 minutes before closing! Plus they still were the bomb! The pizza omg sooooo good! We were originally looking for slices! Glad they didn’t have it! Thank you so much. Will definitely be back……

Great food, I live in Plymouth and when I hear the name Paul, all I think about is great pizza, and yes I do drive out there to get food...

Their prices are okay. However, they burned my pizzas. Half of the pizzas was really bitter from the center. It was really late and I didn't think it was worth the hassle to have them cook and deliver more pizzas, while we wait longer for dinner. So we ate them anyway. It was disappointing, but we'll put up with it to eat when we're hungry. I just wished it was better.

The chicken here is amazing. Very juicy and crispy skin. Love my thighs. Wife is very into the pizza too. Fries are good too. Not too happy with why I would have to pay for hot sauce if I’m ordering 16 pieces of chicken.🤷‍♂️

Had to get my pizza remade because it wasn’t made right. This is the second time this happened. When it was remade it was made worst than the first one and it’s super thin. I will never come back again

My boyfriend and I come here somewhat regularly. Good food, but I’m pretty disappointed with the customer service I received today. All I ate yesterday was a veggie pizza from here for dinner around 7 pm and by midnight I was feeling pretty ill, unable to sleep. I ended up getting sick in the middle of the night and have continuously been sick since then (it’s noon as I write this). I’ve worked restaurants and I totally get it that stuff happens sometimes but I decided to give them a call to let them know what happened calmly just so they can check whatever they need to check to make sure all of their ingredients and food prep is good. I purposely said that I wasn’t calling to make a big deal or make trouble, that I just wanted them to be aware. The guy I spoke with interrupted me as I explained the situation saying he was the superintendent I guess? And that “that’s impossible because all of the ingredients are fresh so there is no way”. He was pretty dismissive and rude considering the situation. I was calm and understanding when I could’ve been a real A-hole over something like this. I believe their ingredients are fresh and they make good food. Unfortunately in the food service industry, sometimes things happen. Mistakes happen, cross contamination can happen no matter how careful you are. I think if a customer calls to inform you of something like this, you should be understanding and empathetic, not automatically jump to being defensive. I guess I can only hope he took me serious enough to at least tell the cooks to make sure they are extra careful in their preparation. So yeah, good food but I don’t think I’ll be returning after this experience

Called in for the first time and order chicken and shrimp, the customer service was excellent over the phone. Very detailed approached on the meals, Not to mention when I got the food it was hot and so delicious. 10/10 would recommend 👍

More often than not the food is pretty good. Pizza, fries, hamburgers, rib, fish (when it's the flaky ones, not the flat ones) are our go to for take out. Oddly however, the chicken has been hit or miss for a while. Sometimes it's good, other times way overdone. Also, I usually eat the coleslaw but this time it was off, not a big deal but I kinda like slaw.

I have gone in person or called in a couple of times but I use the app now and it is super easy. They also usually arrive before the delivery time and my food is still warm! I also love the coupons you get!
