First time at a Chick-fil-A and it was a good experience! Got a shake and 4pc tender meal. Everything was very good but Expensive! $16 and change so we won't be frequenting here often. Service was exceptional! Very polite! That is worth 10 🌟!

Really like the chicken (of course) and bonus... I've never had a error in all the orders I've had filled there. Great going M6 & Kalamazoo Ave Chick-fil-A!

My experience at this Chick-fil-A was very satisfactory. I went in with a group of 5 people - as we entered the establishment we were met by a young employee named Javier. Javier was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful in providing us with a satisfactory and delicious meal here at Chick-fil-A. He grabbed us extra sauce, napkins, refreshed our beverages and disposed of our trash when we were finished. I also want to mention the employee Zander who took my order - Zander was very efficient. There was one moment that stood out to me where Javier stopped taking out the trash to cater towards our needs as customers, and was immediately chastised by a manager named Danielle. I appreciated Javier's decision to put customers first, but apparently Danielle did not. Javier ended up leaving our table to continue taking out the trash, but came back around afterwards and apologized for the inconvenience. Upon exiting the restaurant, Javier pulled a maneuver where he stretched his arms at maximum length to hold both doors of the vestibule open for us to our convenience - this was a gesture I've never seen before, and i didn’t know it was physically possible until he did it. I seriously hope Javier gets a promotion or raise; he is more than deserving of one. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this Chick-fil-A - I've never had better service at a restaurant than here. I am rating this restaurant 5 stars strictly because of my experience with Javier. I will be returning soon.

Chick-fil-A has yet to disappoint me, and this location is no exception to their excellent standard of service, food quality, and atmosphere. Here you can find indoor and outdoor seating, fast and polite service, tasty chicken, play areas for kids, children's books, tasteful decorations, and an automatic no touch wastebin. I highly recommend eating here, alone, on a date, or with family or friends.

I love this place. They are always friendly. They get my order correct. The restaurant is clean. The food is always hot and taste fresh. My entire family likes going here.

One of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a Chik Fil A, the person taking my order went beyond the usual admittedly "robotic service" that a lot of C.F.A. employees seem to exude, showing patience and kindness throughout it. I also thoroughly enjoyed the club sandwich I got as it was cooked to perfection in a way only Chik Fil A can manage consistently.

Clean building, friendly staff that honestly seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. The manager (I think) John was really good interacting with the kids and other customers as well and in a genuine way; it seemed like a genuine interaction each time. Katrina as well. Will definitely be coming to this Chick-fil-a next time we're in Grand Rapids!

Placed a catering order for a small tray of Mac and Cheese and a gallon of lemonade for the holiday. My wife was already out so she decided to pick the order up for me around 5:30. She gets to the pay station and pays 51.00 for the tray and lemonade but When she pulls up to the window to grab the order she receives the mac and cheese but no gallon of lemonade. What should’ve been a 2 minute or less fix turned into a 20 minute ordeal, the drive through workers went back and forth about not being able to find her order, even with a receipt in hand. The young lady she spoke with said “ we just want to make sure we’re not giving away a free gallon of lemonade” , so not only did my wife get accused of trying to be dishonest but it also literally took them 20 minutes to figure it out. No one should have to wait in the pick up area for 20 minutes over an overpriced gallon of lemonade. I would think that if you see a receipt that shows a total paid of 51.00 and the small mac and cheese cost 37.00 then maybe there’s something we forgot to give out on the order? But hey, at-least we got a free, sorry we assumed something bad about you brownie and cookie out of it! I wonder if my wife was blonde with blue eyes would she have been given the benefit of the doubt? Or do they equally inconvenience all their customers? Doubt it. Either way, not another dime of our money will be spent at a Chic-fila.

Chick-fil-A is consistently above and beyond in the service category. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly.

Always friendly, always smiling, never missing anything from the order, and I love the Chick-fil-a sauce! I usually get the chicken wrap with avocado lime ranch, and I love it. 10/10 always recommend.

My youngest kids were sad about not being able to go into the play place (3 and under allowed on, and my kids are all over 4) and the assistant manager, Levi I believe his name was, was walking by and made my kids smile with giving them cookies. I really appreciate the niceness of all the staff, and especially from Levi. Service is A+, and food is always excellent 👌

Their grilled options are good, although their grilled nuggets are a bit salty. Waffle fries are the best of any place in town. Staff is always friendly.

Fills the good reputation of chick fil a. We pre ordered 70 milk shakes and they were all waiting on us. Many ordered meals as well and were served promptly. Was a goid experience

Terrible service. Over 30 minutes to get our food after we placed our order. Manager was very rude and inconsiderate.

Great place for a quick bite on the go. Ordered on the phone and got the food right away. Super easy. Beats standing in line.
