The most pleasant experience I have ever had ordering food. Placed a large order for the next day and the the person that took my call was super nice. Her name is Mary. Her pay should be doubled! I was very impressed with patience and kindness.

Great meal! But had to wait a little bit longer than normal. But the meal was worth the time!!

This is by far my favorite Mr. Chicken location. I've always had a great experience here (which is why I frequent here) and then came Brenda! She is always upbeat, welcoming, professional and always smiling. You really can't help but to feel her positive energy, it truly feels like you've stopped by your family's house for dinner. The chicken is always fried perfectly and the biscuits and muffins are always fresh/warm.

I have visited this restaurant on three occasions. The portion size of the chicken is smaller than KFC and Popeyes. High-priced. Slow service. Today it took 16 minutes to get my order. Appeared that they were working on a catered pre order and should have told folks to decide if they wanted to sit there. I'm likely not going to go back.

I stopped there going home from Cleveland...can't remember....but the chicken...coleslaw...is YUMMY...and now...every time I am coming home from Cleveland...I have to get some chicken for the Turnpike ride home 🍗😋💕

This place used to be awesome but fell off! They looked out for people and took care of frequent customers, but unfortunately those days are over, I’m assuming new ownership? The portions have gotten extremely skimpy and the soda is flat, they used to give discounts to employees and PepsiCo workers etc but no longer do, overall they are going downhill!!

Best tasting Mr. Chicken I have ever had! The service was so friendly and Pat went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. The customer care felt genuine and authentic. I highly recommend this Mr. Chicken!

Every time I go to this location I’m given tremendous customer service and Mrs. Brenda and her crew are great and very polite. They are quick to help me with my order and do a fantastic job with my catering order every time. I haven’t had any issues and I order from them every month. Thanks to the team there and will be returning.

ONLY GOOD THINGS TO SAY! I stopped on the way home, I wouldn’t normally come here since it’s 25 minutes away, but was driving by and decided to try it. Well, I’ll be making the drive for Mr. Chicken now! The food was incredible - seriously that breading on the tenders was heaven. Their soda machines must be magic because I haven’t had a Dr. Pepper where you can taste the cherry in years, I forgot how good it can be. The service was amazing. The guy who helped me was very friendly.

This is the only Mr. Chicken location I can recommend. The staff here do a FANTASTIC job, and they're so friendly! The chicken is hot, fresh, and tasty, and your order will be correct.

The drive-thru only in Twinsburg had a few cars in line, but it took forever too get my food. Once we got to the window the young lady was very nice. However, she made a mistake and needed to refund some money. The manager was rude. She was yelling at some customers inside waiting on food telling them this was a drive-thru only and you're not supposed to be inside. Finally, she turn around and handed me my receipt with an aggravated look on her face. No apology just rude as if the error was our fault! I suggest you go to the nearest grocery store and buy your chicken and cook it yourself!

Brenda in the drive-thru is the most pleasant person I’ve ever dealt with. She makes every visit feel like you’re around family. I enjoy my time in the drive-thru because she’s always smiling and friendly. The food here is amazing also!

Today I had the pleasure of Mary taking my order and she provided amazing service! She was extremely attentive and offered solutions for items that were unavailable at the time. She did a great job of taking care of us and will be the reason I continue to be a patron of the Twinsburg location!

This location is the absolute BEST! One of the first places that I like to visit when I come home. The staff is ALWAYS consistently kind and attentive! I REALLY appreciate that! Went to another location and was not treated very kind and ended up at this location which to me is ole faithful. I will forever come to this location in the future. 💕💕💕

The fries were great, the fountain drink was too syrupy and I couldn't finish it. The chicken sandwich was good.

Went into the Twinsburg Mr. Chicken and had an AWESOME encounter with Ms. Brenda. She was EXTREMELY polite, professional, informative and it was obvious she take ownership and pride in her job. Consistently hot, fresh, and juicy chicken. I live in Illinois and always make a point to stop here whenever I drive through Ohio!

Ms.Brenda is a breath of fresh air. Her customer service was amazingly friendly, with a big smile, and you can tell she cares about what she's doing. I had an issue with my order and once I showed her what was wrong she immediately corrected with no issues or problems. I will be returning just because of her.

I hadn't had Mr. Chicken for about 25 years. Probably the last time was when I worked at one as a teenager. I happened to be in the area and stopped by, at least for the nostalgia. The menu has changed somewhat, but the mashed potatoes and coleslaw were just as good as I remembered, and I really enjoyed the (new to me) sandwiches! (BBQ....YUM!) But the 'icing on the cake' was Ms. Brenda at the drive-thru. You really are blessed to have such a beautiful soul in your employ. Even though the interaction was brief, she made me feel like family and she just explodes with love and light! Because of her, I would definitely come back. Give that girl a raise.. She's priceless. <3

Went here for the first time and so very pleased with the food and the service. Mary went above and beyond for customers, even when I came close to closing time. She is super helpful, kind, sweet and has the most beautiful smile that could light up the room. Definitely will come back to Mr. Chicken for more awesome experiences in the future!

Went today and I wasn’t expecting my service to be as fast as it was. Brenda made time to speak with me and still moved the line along. She is the reason I’ll be back again and the food was good and hot! It can be hard to find good fist service anymore but Brenda is great at it!

Mr Chicken is blessed to have Brenda working in their Twinsburg spot. She seemed like the nicest restaurant worker I’ve ever seen. Plus the chicken and sides are amazing

My food was absolutely amazing. I went close to closing time, Brenda took my order. She gave me suggestions on what was better chicken fingers or the sandwich. We went with both. She was so friendly to my kids,that made them smile. Thanks Brenda for making our visit so awesome and for the amazing food. Definitely will be back to this location soon!

This is the most pleasant food experience I’ve ever had. Every time I come here, the staff is so friendly and seem to genuinely care for their customers. I get the farm fresh chicken sandwich every time and it’s delicious. Keep up the great work!

I like Mr. Chicken for the most part. The chicken is good and tastes fresh. A couple of gripes: The quantity of french fries provided is small! They also do not provide utensils (forks/spoons), Napkins, and ketchup with the order. These should be provided without the customer having to ask. Edit: upgraded to 4 stars. My last visit to Mr. Chicken was better in terms of service. Friendly associate at the windows. The chicken sandwich is lacking a certain something. However, the chicken is still worth it!

We live in Eastern Stark County Ohio but listen to 105.7 FM. We heard tons of Mr. Chicken commercials over the holidays, but sadly there are no locations near us. So we kept saying, we need to take a drive and get some "Mr. Chicken"! So today was the day. We visited the Twinsburg location and were pleased to be greeted by a friendly voice at the drive-through. We took our food to the nearby park and enjoyed every bite. We especially loved the corn nuggets. We will visit again the next time we are looking for a nice drive and good food. Brenda for the WIN! I’m not sure if I’ve ever met someone display so much enthusiasm with their customer service…particularly so close to closing time! Brenda’s bubbly personality and addictive personality restored my faith in patronizing this location. I’d previously had a forgettable visit, but was this instance more than made up for it!

Had a great experience at this location for lunch. Was greeted by an enthusiastic worker! She clearly loved her job and enjoyed taking care of people! The food was outstanding. The chicken was super hot and moist! Great experience!
