Today I had the pleasure to be greeted and seated by Sarah! She was very sweet and a amazing waitress. I was welcomed with her huge smile, once she realized it was my first visit to this chain and location. She made me feel so welcomed and was eager to help me and suggest everything that Twin peaks had to offer. She let me sample sauces to help me decide what flavor wings to get and was super tolerant with my questions. The business and the inside was REALLY NICE INSIDE. It was everything I heard and seen online. Very comfortable chairs which was a big plus. The beer was delicious even tho the weather caused them to lose a couple degrees on it. The food was more then I expected and had to take some home which was a plus in my book. They have great handicap parking but no handicap doors. Forgot to check the bathrooms but honestly I'm sure they were great if it was anything like the rest of the building. The manager and I chatted after he greeted me personally being my first time here and even gave me a free appetizer for my next visit. I just hope I get Sarah again and she was such a gem and had the greatest vibe and even better smile and was VERY professional/knowledgeable. I definitely be back just because of her service and smile 😊 Being ranked in the Top 10% Bar reviewers on Google Maps I just wanna say usually establishments don't get a 5 star rating from me but I did receive 5 star service and this building was super clean, new and all the staff was always moving giving amazing service

The service and food were ok. I have been here a few times and have mixed feelings I'd say 1 out of the 3 times I remember really gave me the best experience. They of course have tons of drinks, some good food options but the service has been hit or miss. I've always said it's not about the one time experience but the consistency of the brand promise that keeps me going back to places! Still would check this place out though if you haven't been there.

10/13/23 Well my best friend & I returned to the Peaks again today and tried out the "Trophy Trout" that we had seen a couple other customers enjoying a few days ago. It was some of the BEST Fish that I have EVER eaten. It was so good that I reordered the entire dinner and ate it twice. This wasn't an easy task since the portion is quite large. I started off my Amazing meal with a Delicious cup of their zesty Chili. Our waitress, Lynn, was absolutely on her "A" game providing Fantastic service for us. We were very impressed by this highly intelligent, College Senior, waitress who has an incredible future ahead of her. Everything came out quickly and hot. The only draw back to the meal was the dreaded Fruit Flys that were all over. Having never had this problem at this location before, we consulted with the kitchen manager, Mark, who explained that they had already contacted the pest control people and were addressing the issue. Being a regular viewer and a fan of the TV show "Bar Rescue" with John Taffer, I'm fully aware of the implications of these nasty pest in any establishment. Hopefully, the pest control people will alleviate problem in short order. Regardless of this issue I STRONGLY recommend to everyone go try out the "Trophy Trout". Especially if you're a fish lover. The Mozzarella Cheese Bite's were delicious and I loved the Chicken Strips. My buddy was also raving about the deep fried pickles. My INCREDIBLE waitress, Cat, (who also happens to be Miss Twin Peaks Southgate location) gave me FANTASTIC service. She suggested that I upgrade my Cheeseburger order to a Double Cheeseburger 🍔 and that just doubled the amount of Delicious that I was able to enjoy. She was EXCEPTIONALLY attentive, checking on me at many regular intervals to see to my needs. GREAT SERVICE and a job well done to this Stunning young lady. Jasmine suggested that I try the Apple turnovers which comes with ice cream and a caramel sauce for dessert. They were fresh from the oven with cinnamon on them also. Man they were SOooooo Delicious. I have dined at this restaurant before but never received the service I did today. Brianna was my server, as soon as we were seated the drinks were right out and so were the apps. I always have a hard time making up my mind about what do eat and she was so patient and had no problem helping me find the best option for my picky pallet. I really enjoyed my experience here and Brianna was a large part of it. I look forward to coming back and having her as my server again. The food was fresh and tasted great as well 10/10

Cat and Jess L were a Delight. I enjoyed my time here. They are very polite and attentive. I felt very welcome.

We had a large group of 16 people. Cat the want people. “Did an outstanding job”! She was very professional, and accommodated all of our request with smile. The appetizers were delicious and the beer was ice cold and amazing! The team that supported Cat when serving the food did an outstanding job as well. Chris, the general manager received a phone call the day before of this large party coming into his facility and was very accommodating to the request. These folks get it and understand customer service. Our group was delighted and will return again someday and look forward to an awesome experience just like this one.

I absolutely love this place. The food is great and the service is even better! Jamie is my preferred server and is always on top of everything. She hustles more than any of the girls I see there and is always full of energy. If you go to Twin Peaks for dinner ask for Jamie.

Took my son's here for my oldest son's 12th birthday. Place wasn't a gimmick like Hooters, the food is actually delicious. Food was delivered in a timely fashion and my beer was ice cold. Staff was very friendly and upbeat. Definitely will be back.

What an amazing experience... My billionaire bacon burger was phenomenal.. Lindsay our server was not only professional she was also pleasant, friendly and welcoming in all regards. Admittedly I wasn't sure what to expect, when coming in but so very glad and thankful that I did. Definitely treat yourself to the fried pickles, you won't be disappointed.

Came in expecting to have a great time like we always do, and the server - from the get - acted like we were inconveniencing her. She'd even walk away while we were talking to her??? They were out of Flatbread, smoked chicken, nachos?!?!?! (Even though they have meat and chicken) I don't understand, but tonight was a really off night. She treated everyone - not just us - other tables...just terribly. Must've been a bad night. Still waiting for our food 1.5 hours later. Server still hates everyone. They refunded our drinks. To go food pretty cold in the restaurant. Must've been bad staff and a heavy night. Unfortunate. The manager came by and explained that some items the server said weren't in stock were, (we did not ask for the manager which makes it seem like they saw this review) and we ordered. We didn't realize it was gonna take over an hour. Left.

Our service was great. Food came out fast and hot. JASMINE was a pleasure. She was super friendly and bubbly. We will be back. Philly cheesesteak and a Cubano both delicious.

I do not recommend it, it is a bad place, the place was alone and they made us wait more than 20 minutes, the manager or person in charge of a very bad temper received us, the table service was lousy, the food took a long time, another problem, the potatoes were not very salty They were edible and very stiff apart like they were reheated. the worst place in detroit

I travel 30 minutes to this location frequently because it's closest to me and ultimately the quality of the food is decent but the quality of the service, knowledge, and professionalism of management SU KS!!! There's an issue every time I come. Either the food takes 90 minutes to come out or it doesn't come out at all and then it takes the waitstaff/management 90 minutes to realize they don't have what you ordered. For the latter of the 2 reasons today I called ahead to ensure the entree I wanted was available BEFORE I drove 30 minutes and was told it was. Only to arrive wait almost an hour after I ordered to be told it was no longer available. To make matters worse Tony the manager was only knowledgeable of and concerned with food cost. He had zero rapport or understanding regarding customer experience nor the reason I was so upset. He did little to compensate the horrible experience despite me being a regular customer and me explaining this has happened numerous times in the past. His excuse was that his store was low volume therefore he couldn't offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience nor did he seem inclined to. He proceeded to be argumentative with another member of my party when questioned if there was ANYTHING else that could be done. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

Great overall experience. Food was quick and tasty. Local beers were smooth. Our server Jasmine was great. Never had to wait for anything, and sometimes she would pop up out of knowhere and scare the @#!$ out of me.

The views here are better then most. The food is absolutely outstanding. Their Nashville Hor Chicken Sandwich is hands down the best I have had country wide. Not what you would expect for this establishment. Beer is always freezing literally. Probably one of my favorite places for food when I'm on the road.

The food is usually good. The service is meh. Depends on who you get. But the thing that gets me is how many times we have ordered to-go food and were missing items that we paid for when we got home. Make sure you check your stuff!

Went in today and the heat was out. We sat at the bar and the bartender was really friendly. We had a few drinks and food. My mom had a burger and I had the brisket tacos. The tacos were very dry and had no flavor and they forgot the pico on it. Bartender said she was going to give us a discount but never did.

Today, I visited Twin Peaks. It was my first time at this restaurant so you know I had to hit the review button. Atmosphere: I went after work since I was on my way to see a movie. The atmosphere is nice with TV's all around. It didn't seem like there was a wall that didn't have a TV. It was pretty light around 5 pm but I was able to have a good conversation with my waitress. She was pretty cool but I noticed that with all the waitresses that were serving the guests. Food: I tried the Spicy Ribs. They were delicious and the meat was falling off the bone. Honestly, it was all that spicy to me but I like spicy food. Let's say I'm a little immune. Next, I had the philly cheese steak. I originally wanted to try the Texas style cheese steak. However, I ended up with the philly. It was good and well seasoned and the fries were ok. They were seasoned too but very seasoned. Service: As I stated above, the service was cool except for the mixed up order with the sandwich but overall I'd visit again. Check them out and if you'd agree with my review leave a thumbs up.

I have been to other locations, first time at this one while traveling through the area. Of course the atmosphere is the usual as the other locations, hunting lodge themed sports bar. The servers were in the standard jean shorts and small flannel shirts. I had a Caesar salad, which overall I recommend. Good mix of dressing without drowning it. I had the breaded bone in wings. Overall I would say skip the breaded, it just adds way too much fried-ness to it. The wings are definitely very large. For drinks I always have to have them rinse out the beer glass, I hate the frosted mugs that then put floating ice chunks in the mug. Their Dirty Blonde is a pretty quality standard lager style beer. One disappointment was their menu is promoting a dirty gin martini. This seems like a strange drink for them to push at a sports bar. I got the martini and the mix was excellent but no good olives or blue cheese olives. Overall a quality sports bar restaurant.

My wife and I have been coming here for years now. We really enjoy the food and the atmosphere. The servers are friendly as well. The last two times we have been in to eat, we got lucky to have the same server. Kelsey is her name and hands down the best we have had there. She is on point when it comes to all the important things. Drinks are always full orders are correct, and she checks on the table multiple times during our stay. Make sure you ask for her on your next visit.

My husband and I went to eat at twin peaks Wednesday night around 7. We had our two little ones. It took forever for our server to come to us, then once she got our food order she told my son she'd bring him oranges (which she never did) she brought our drinks and I reminded her of the oranges. Never came back. Someone brought our food and said he'd get our sever. Our server never came to check on us once we got our food, never asked if we wanted a refill, finally I stood up holding my baby and waiting and she finally asked if we needed anything. We said a bill and box. We come here often. The steak sub we got was terrible. No queso on it and there was so many peppers. More peppers than steak! But the kids meal hamburgers were great. I talked to the manager on staff that night she gave us $5 off and said there was nothing she could do (she was very young and only a fill in) I ended up contacting the regional manager and he said someone would co tact me, but never did. Definitely a waste of our time and money. Will not be back to that location

Appetizer was amazing! Trout dinner pretty good but the ribs were horrible! Ordered a full rack half was great the other half so burnt it couldn’t be ate. Waitress asked how everything was showed her the burnt ribs and her expression was wow even the bone is burnt then asked if we were ready for the bill. Never asked if we wanted another half and sure as heck charged us full price for hard burnt ribs. Not too sure I will go back.

Had great service and my billionaire bacon burger was EXCELLENT!!! Obviously a sports bar with great food is a slam dunk! Plenty of space so your not on top of the next table. Great spot

This place was sooo good I'm a foodie and I love food this place exceeded my expectations first let me say me and my family planned to go to mallies in Southgate and we'll it didn't work out they had a hour and half wait and not taking anymore names..o well whatever.. so we googled food places near us and twin peaks came up we had a party of 7 and they accommodated us with no hesitation so we get seated by a great waitress NICOLE and manager TONY are by far the best two employees on this planet the food was VERY DISRESPECTFUL IN A VERY GOOD WAY WE (THE WHOLE FAMILY) HAD CHICKEN NACHOS CHEESE BITES FISH AND CHIPS TRIPLE PLAY WITH CHIPS CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN BILLIONARE BACON AND I MY LORRDDD GOOD GOOD GOOD AND THE COCKTAIL WAS LIQUID MARIJUANA VERY TASTY STRONG ENOUGH THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME HERE AND I HAD TO GRAB THE MANAGER TONY AND LET HIM KNOW HOW MUCH OF A GOOD TIME MY FAMILY HAD AND THAT WE WILL BE BACK ASAP LOL DONT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE YAL BUT YOU WILL WANNA GO TO SLEEP AFTER ALL THAT GOOD FOOD

First time visit. We had a nice waitress, Destinee, and she did an excellent job. Food was very good. Only thing that could have been better, was fries. They were not hot. Overall, pleased with first visit.
