Best snorkeling on the island. Usually there is good visibility, you can swim with sea lions and plenty of fish and turtles. The walk takes around 20min from town through a stone path, take everything you need with you since there are no services around

Amazing spot to snorkel with wildlife for free. There is a cave full of Sea lions that will swim with you. Saw several turtles and iguanas swimming. The sea lions and iguanas were also playing with each other. Be careful if the sea urchins here. A must snorkel spot

Although we didn't snorkel, it looked like many people were. I can imagine you would be able to see the same wild life similar to the other beaches (turtles and sea lions).

It's a beautiful spot to swim and snorkel (turtles and sea lions) but it is very busy now. You should try to go there early in the morning or in the evening to avoid the tour groups. Very nice footpath through the "woods" from the interpretation centre. At sunset you can watch frigate birds roosting on the cliffs.

Definitely best place to go. I think this place is the most astonishing snorkeling point in Galapagos archipelago that can be visited on foot.

Beautiful hike/walk to get to this snorkelling spot and the snorkelling here is very nice and calming. The water when we came was cold so I recommend a wetsuit which costs $5 usually for the whole day and the snorkel and fins cost $5 also. In this place you can almost always see sea turtles around and sea lions that swim with you and play with you. If you are lucky you can see a mantaray but we didn’t get to see any. You also most of the time get to see Blue-footed booby’s and tons of Iguanas. I recommend if you want to snorkel without going on a tour, go here.

Good decent hike to get over in this bay, but well worth the hike. The bay rarely gets any waves and the water has clear visibility. Bring your snorkel because there is a decent amount of marine biodiversity in this bay which includes rays and sea lions to name a few. Really great place to kayak as well from the pier.

This place is a must-see for snorklers! Swim with thousands of exotic fish, sea lions, sea turtles, pelicans. Don't step on the sea urchin! Have a great time!

Snorkeling here is better than scuba most places in the world

During High tidens it is impossible to go snorkling. The view is still quite good though
