This place is incredible! Some of the best views of the whole city. The food is very tasty and they make some good cocktails. Very expensive! Don't expect to spend less than $100 of food and drinks for 2 people but, it's an experience I'll never forget. The food, the view and the drinks all add up to a 10/10 dining experience. Turi is the most spectacular view in all of Cuenca and Hell's grill is perfectly positioned to take advantage of this view. It's definitely a must see if you're in town for a few days or week. You can still have a food night on a lower budget if you just have drinks.

Gorgeous view. All was fine when we arrived and the music was acceptable and at a decent level, but then they turned it up and we were the only ones there with a kid. So beware they will play horrible loud angry rap music with profanity and the service is so-so. We only had drinks and left. Too bad. We won’t be back. Only a 2 star for the view, but there are plenty of other options in the area. It was hell alright.

Five star partially because....of the epic view. Even on a cloudy rainy day it was impressive to see the clouds and storms roll through. Absolutely incredible view. Parking is tough, but worth it. And you have to wind your way up many stairs to get to it, but again, worth it! The food was okay, could be more intriguing and interesting, but I finished it. I also remember it being a bit on the pricey side...probably because of the view. I'd still go again and spend time feeling like a bird....eating a sandwich and drinking a beer!!

I have no shame saying that I went here only for the views. 🤷🏻‍♀️ & I was not let down. The 5 stars is for the beautiful panoramic setting of Cuenca at night. I only had the chicken and fries (don’t know the name) which was good but nothing crazy. I will come back and give a better review of the food haha.

I had the good fortune to visit when the weather was superb and there were not many people, so I got a good seat with an extraordinary view. My cappuccino was prepared exactly as I requested and my tiramisu was good, if not the best ever. (I’m sure they did not use genuine mascarpone cheese—which is really what makes a great tiramisu.) Mine was more like a very tasty, rich, creamy cheesecake with chocolate sauce. Service was very pleasant and responsive. I’ll certainly back.

Juan is one of the most attentive servers ever. He took SUCH good care of my 82 year young dad by making us dirty martinis 🍸 by our own suggestion at the table. And he’s not even a bartender. Not to mention his service over all! I highly suggest he moves up to management. Made this trip memorable 😊 I’m from Los Angeles, I really appreciate his service.

From the beginning the attention was bad. we was espected more about this place for the view and I hear that the food is so good but from the atencion I don't think so and also we ask for the menu and they says that we have to add wpp number when I was spected to get the QR Code.. It's more fast and more convenient but I hope you guys be better for next time... ✌🏼

The view and food were amazing. This place has lots of seating and psrking is available. You get a nice dinner with a beautiful view of the whole city of Cuenca.

It was a delicious dinner we had with our friends, and they help us with snacks before the main dishes because the kids were very hungry. Just at the end, we didn't find our waiter and we had to spend a lot of time waiting for the bill 😞
