Nice place to go for a date night or with family and friends. Decent food and pies. The banana cream pie came with a flaky crust. They serve breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. This restaurant caters especially to tourists given their “American” theme. Prices are high. Definitely not your typical Ecuadorian restaurant. I appreciate that the restaurant stays open “late” (10 pm) given that most surrounding restaurants close around 9.

Edit (sep2023) I came back and they improved the preparation of the burger and the service overall The place is gorgeous! The flavor was very good! The service could improve a little bit. My blue cheese was not melted, it was literally a chunk of cheese on top of the meat (which was a vegan bean option that barely held together). They melted the cheese and asked if it was fine, so it’s ok!

We were welcomed warmly to the restaurant, but it took almost 20 minutes for anyone to even stop by the table to ask for our drink order. After that the food took more than 45 minutes to arrive, at which point we just took it to go. Delicious food, but the service was not great. At least the manager gave us a free piece of cake because she felt bad.

A very nice and cosy place, the facilities are very well distributed along the two floors of the premises, the service is very friendly and pleasant. The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes, as well as desserts and cocktails. What I would expect to improve is the quality of the food offered, as the price is very high in relation to what is offered in the place.

Went with friends for dinner... Quite a good menu, the atmosphere is very nice. The restaurant is huge and still it was quite full. The cocktails were good! I had the chicken wraps expecting only one but I got two, I was completely satisfied afterwards. Recommended to go with family or to a date with the meaningful one

Apple pie was muy bien and the bbq salad was good too, but a little expensive for what you get. Service was spot on and it’s a great date place. I felt a bit awkward eating solo.

Haven't tried all other dishes but I absolutely love the Apple Pie they prepare. It makes you feel you are in the US. As I say, Pie is Apple Pie and they make it so.

Definitely the most excessively priced piece of mediocre pie I've ever paid for!!! We couldn't even eat there it's so expensive!!! 2 small pieces of pie, and 2 Americanos cost over $20 US!!! (That's loads on Canadian $$ !!) I guess it's not for the average traveller?! 🤷

Food is good but way too expensive for it's quality and taste. Average experience with very noisy people on every table. Waiters running quite stressful if you plan to enjoy a quiet meal or dinner.

The services was great as well as the atmosphere AND food. Recommend for a coffee and pie. Brunch and dinner. Also, it is better if you make a reservation before heading there.

If you’re in the area this is a must eat! Everything is so fresh and delicious. The pies are great! The people are friendly - one spoke perfect English so I didn’t have to speak my poor Spanish :). I’ll be back! Oh - get the lemonada coco - it’s like key lime pie in a glass!!

Overrated, Overpriced. Don't waste your money here. Despite nice service, the food is super mediocre in tiny sizes and super pricey. Definitely not worth it!

Everything that I have eaten here has been ok. It isn't a 5* but a close 4. They have roasted corn that is good. It is expensive for most. I have eaten at the restaurants in hotels and I am waiting to find a 5*. Their take-out is ok. Food is sometimes isn't hot (carry out). I eat out 5 times each week. I will be rating some restaurants 2 start and probably 1 star.

This place has a nice atmosphere, I really like the fact that on top of the table cloth they put some drawing paper and they give you crayons to draw while you wait for food. This is a really good feature specially if you go with kids. Pies are good l, but the almond cheesecake it’s incredible, highly recommended.

Variety of dishes, warm atmosphere ideal to go as a couple or family, the food was great, and the desserts were succulent. I recommend this place, the staff is very friendly and efficient. I really loved this restaurant, we will go frequently

Ok food, terrible service. We waited for ever for someone to take our order, and we waited for ever for someone to bring the check, and it wasn't even that busy. We got plenty of food though, and the quality was not too bad.

Outstanding! Not sure what to expect at a pie house, but they have great meat. My wife got the ribs, I had salmon. Both were delicious. The ribs were very tender, cooked just to the point where the bones begin to soften. The pie for dessert was also on point. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. The place was packed, but they were still attentive to us and the wait time was negligible.

Pies are beautiful and very tasty. The breakfast though was not so great. The Egg Benedict in particular. I couldn't finish it as the ham was way too thick. It is also too bad they don't have an outdoor space to eat outside.
