Good mall near to the beach

This is the first time I saw a elevated guard Tower in a parking lot for a mall. That's kind of good unless you are trying to break into a car and steal something. There is a multi product department store with groceries as well as a food court.. movie theaters.. SIM card store and More.. The first time I went there at seemed all-inclusive and a little overwhelming. But the second time I went there I was not at all impressed.. But it is clean safe and air-conditioned

This place is good a little too small but is the only one in the area, it is not bad still supermarkets are there as well so that's a plus and also food is good as well the place is clean and secure they close pretty early though but you still can hace some good food late at night

Nice shopping mall. Food court offered a good variety & we liked all the shops. I highly recommend.

It gets four stars for its supermarket but the mall is basically void of people and the shops are way overpriced. The food court doesn't offer much variety. It's there to cater to the wealthy.

everything great except one thing: need to lower the temperature. The area is hot so the AC needs to be at its top.

For being in a small touristy town the mall had everything, the place had excellent security, was clean and had what I needed.

The most suitable place to hang out... specially when it's so hot outside and you feel like suffocating. Unfortunately, their posture concerning Covid and Crime prevention is less than stellar.

The shopping mall is okay but the grocery store is something else that you want to think twice about going to give them business.

Great variety band safe environment.

Good for the area, but it is really small. You'll find the Comisariato there, and a small food court. It is always crowded.

Its ok, not a single Mcdonalds but its got the main banks & a big enough supermarket.

A good mix of shops that represents the needs of both the travelers and the locals. Also is in the centre a multi screen cinima showing up to date films both in English and Spanish, with a 3D option. Hours of operation and parking are very good.

I'm a big girl and I thought I would never be able to buy clothes in Ecuador. Well I was wrong. I bought 3 blouses and 2 pairs of pants. I even saw a pair of pants size 24 womans. Prices were okay but more than I am used to paying. Oh I wanted to buy a medium ice chest 🤣 68 dollars for a small/medium 8 can one.

This place is the place more security at the Península of Sta Elena. Also is the commercial center more popular from area.
