I went canyoning with Imagine Ecuador, rented a bike there and also went paragliding and I can only recommend it!!! I noticed that there are many tour agencies in town, but most of them are just sellers that don't operate the tours themselves, so it is worth doing some research before booking your tour.Imagine Ecuador in turn does operate all its tours itself. The staff and guides are super friendly and very professional. You'll have a fun time and at the same time feel safe as they take safety standards very serious! The canyoning also includes a sandwich, drink and great pics that you get for free after the tour. I really loved it and can really recommend booking your tour with Imagine Ecuador!!!!

This river had non-stop class 3 rapids...perfect for the small raft they use. Fun guide Papucho and a really good kayak photographer Anthony. Your included tons of good photos that they download to your phone afterwards. Transport van was new and clean. I highly recommend. For $30 per person it was an excellent value.

My friends and I did several trips through Imagine Ecuador - 1 was Canyoning in Baños, the other was a 4 days/3 nights in the Amazonian Rainforest staying at their Lodge Guacamayo. Both activities were fantastic and organised so well, and communication from Juan in particular was greatly appreciated. Both of us were nervous about Canyoning, especially the rapelling part after having not-so-good experiences with it as children. However, we didn't need to worry as the team were calm, collected, professional, and above all, great fun! Our guide led the way, along with Darwin and Alex - all 2 were so great, we couldn't have asked for a better team to look after us. The fact we had a collection of photos from the day that we could take home included in the price was an excellent added bonus (made sure you have a USB or an iPhone/iPad for Airdrop to receive them though). We would jump at the chance to do this again now! As for the Amazon, it was excellent - most of our communication after the initial booking through Juan was done with the team at Guacamayo Lodge, so I will do a separate review on them - overall they were great though, so don't hesitate to book with them. Many thanks to everyone at Imagine Ecuador who had our time in Ecuador that much better!

Our tour guide Carlos was very thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgeable! The entire day was filled with amazing views and incredible facts about the surrounding environment, history, and culture. He spoke with such affection towards nature and particularly the birds. I am hopeful to return for another tour with him.

I booked the 3-day to Cuyabeno Amazon Rainforest had the most amazing time. He was soo good and helpful throughout the whole trip even before I arrived always answering to every request and query! We did the Amazon tour with the guide Carlos. I highly recommend! He was very attentive and showed us amazing plants and took the road less traveled to the waterfall. Other groups went to some of the same stops and it was clear that they had a less inclusive experience because they had too many people to do things like cook and grind the cocoa beans themselves. BEST RAFTING IN BANOS ECUADOR I could see this being perhaps scary if you can't swim. But if you are comfortable in the water it is an absolute blast. Probably the most fun we had in Ecuador was white water rafting. The tour guide was awesome, no complaints, definitely worth it!

Trustable tour operator. I took a paragliding tour and then a 3 nights tour to Yasuní National Park in the Amazon. Both were great. The guides were fantastic and knowledgeable. I contacted them online and by phone and they were responsive and delivered on every promise.

Had a good day on the river with the guys at Imagine Ecuador, the guides on the river are brilliant and good fun. I did feel however that they could have prepared us a bit better for when we fell out of the boat. A couple of people in the group did get frights from the boat flipping and unfortunately left a bad taste in their mouths.

Had such a good time in Baños thanks to Imagine Ecuador!! We got a great deal for canyoning and rafting! We have done many canyons in Utah but this one felt so different with the amount of water. They tell you exactly how/where to jump and the zipline through the canyon is quite memorable. The rafting is class III and IV as advertised. Amazing waves. Thank you to all the guides!
