They provide the most selection of grocery products over other markets. Things like old fashion rolled oats, rice cake, imported cheese, prosciutto, nuts and more. They also have some election of organic items from lettuce to cacao powder. Buying groceries in Manta is not cheap, my weekly grocery run goes about $60-70 weekly. However, the prices on fruits and veggies are good.

Yesterday they let us bring our cart inside, but today they did not saying it was too wide. For reference it is as wide as a standard wheelchair. Just a heads up in case you have a wagon or stroller that they may not allow you to bring it inside
