The
setting
for
El
Churro
is
magnificent.
Surrounded
by
jungle,
it
falls
majestically
into
a
small
pool
of
water,
continuing
on
as
brooks.
As
in
most
places
that
cater
to
visitors,
the
paths
to
and
from
the
waterfall
are
one
way.
The
walk
from
the
parking
to
the
base
of
the
waterfall
is
not
very
steep,
but
it
is
a
narrow
passage
through
a
nature
trail.
I
did
see
a
couple
of
seniors
making
their
way
up
to
the
waterfall.
However,
on
the
way
back
(the
one
way
path)
is
more
steep
and
challenging.
I
personally
felt
that
the
visiting
seniors
should
be
able
to
take
the
same
way
back,
just
because
the
other
path
may
be
too
strenuous
for
them.
That
aside,
the
waterfall
is
beautiful,
we
visited
in
late
November,
and
the
water
was
very
cold,
but
we
were
told
that
many
people
swim
or
wade
in
the
pool
underneath
the
rushing
water
when
the
weather
is
nice.
As
foreigners,
we
had
to
pay
$3
admission
fee.
We
enjoyed
our
hike
through
the
woods.
