Pathetic Service, Rude and arrogant staff... This agency used to be really good till 3,4 years back. Based on that contacted them for UK Visa processing.... Not only was the work not completed at the promised time, when asked about the same the response was very rude and unprofessional... When tried to complain about the delay to another two staff members, they were also so lazy and showed no empathy. None of them was willing to share the number of the Manager/supervisor... Better Avoid... I got my job done through another travel agency finally. When i narrated my poor experience to other travel agency, they promptly guesses the rude staff member's name and said that she is a habitually irresponsible person and this fact is known to other agencies also....There are so many other good travel agencies in Kannur in City Centre, old Prabhat junction etc
