Service is good. Authorisers are user friendly. Well explained . Finance faculty also user friendly. Overall good. I was excited when I buy a scooter. I given good rating. Now after 10days I have to write this. It's very poor customer care support, it's really frustrating. Don't know whom to contact. Main Ather support forwarding call to showroom or ask to wait for showroom. Showroom guys always promising but not actually doing it. Don't know how long should I wait after paying the amount. Looking at other reviews only I got bad luck? Kind of helpless.

Hi, I have bought ather 450s pro. The ather erode showroom ambiance was very good, and the showroom executive are very kind and responsible to the customers. Staff member Aravind is very friendly and he explained clearly about the vehicle. I received the vehicle in 4 days with all the registration process are done, the service provided by the staff is so good.
