I
have
been
a
long
customer
and
the
service
was
good.
But
nowadays
its
very
poor.
Yesterday
there
was
pure
customer
negligence.
They
didn't
provide
the
bill
and
when
I
asked
for
it
the
person
in
billing
was
not
at
all
interested
and
she
started
chatting
with
other
staff.
The
bill
print
came
and
kept
me
waiting
for
like
2-3
mins
to
tear
it.
This
is
yesterdays
story
(24/05/22).
Today
(25/05/22)
I
went
to
purchase
groceries,
most
of
the
curry
powder
items
were
not
in
stock
and
the
worst
thing
was
in
the
billing
itself.
There
was
only
one
lady
in
billing,
I
stood
in
one
counter
and
the
staff
came
in
other
counter,
she
just
stared
at
me
in
a
way
I
should
move
to
where
she
is.
Then
I
moved
to
next
counter.
Thats
when
the
system
shut
down.
Because
of
power
cut.
It
kept
coming
and
going.
There
is
no
proper
power
backup
in
such
a
supermarket.
I
had
to
wait
for
almost
20
mins
to
get
billed.
Still
not
bill,
only
money
was
given.
The
supermarket
just
opposite
is
functioning
very
much
in
ordered
manner.
