We got a Whirlpool fridge here six months ago. Within four months of usage, it started making loud noises. The noises were due to a gas leak in the fridge. Customer service is extremely poor, we were driven to buy a new fridge for an extra 25K. Stay away from this store.

Employees are doing their best. Price is competitive than any other shop. So many brands and models at fair less price than any shop.

I purchased whirlpool washing machine from this store. After making payment that's all. No care for customer. Delivery was delayed after making repeated phone calls finally product was delivered. After the service person came the package was opened by him. to my great shock product seems to be old used one. full of dust and greenish patch formed in outer cover of machine despite having the product neatly packed with carton box. when enquired the service person he informs that dust will form inside godown even inside tightly packed box i don't know how?? service person who came for demo àlso didn't attend properly just because i refused to pay money for additional warranty. Vasanth n co lost its reputation. since there's no provision of zero i am forced to put 1 star

Useless manager !!! Bought a LED, broke with in a year… when we went back and asked for manager to sort it out. He pretend he was busy and never acknowledged us!! Pathetic service… never recommend..! There are few other locals with competitive price and better service…
