Doctors are kind, humble, explaining everything clearly and excellent in clearing all our doubts. All nurse's are very caring, helpful and their services are excellent. Room and hospital environment is clean and tidy.

I've visited this hospital for master health check up, and I have noted that the laboratory peoples are so lethargic in writing the final diagnostic report, they have entered my blood group wrongly. When I saw that and asked them, they gave a casual response that it was mistakenly entered. Also it was not the 1st first time for me, before also I once visited this hospital for consultation in gynecology department and in scan report they entered my husband's name incorrectly. In all my reports it was written with correct husband's name and in scan report it was written with another name. If laboratory staffs are so lethargic in writing diagnostic results how could a doctor can give a patient a correct treatment???

Actually I know saran medical centre through their camp at our office. Past 2 years some health issues to me but I have fear for surgery. Saran hospital doctors motivated and clear my fear I was admitted in Sree saran medical center for surgery. Overall my hospital experience is good. Doctors and nurses caring me very well. The hospital is rush during busy hours. I registered for covid vaccination here, It was quick. A separate nurse allocated for that and the process was just few mins.

I was admitted in Saran hospital for 2days due to viral fever. Personally I liked the behavior and the way each staffs are treating the patients. Nurse's are very polite and helpful. Doctors visit everyday trice to check the status. Rooms & bothroom were very neat. I usually don't like hospital foods due to they charge high and it's not worth to purchase but here price was very decent and food taste was also good... I felt I was in a home environment. I always prefer this hospital for any sort of health issues. Recently my father undergone endoscopic sinus surgery which was done by Dr.Suganya (ENT). She explained very well about the issue and did a great job. She is very humble and answering to all our queries clearly that keeps us calm.

Cleanliness and treatment are good. Nurses supported us well. The only drawback is they didn’t give a proper bill for the amount paid. They are charging 700 rupees per visit by a doctor which is too high.

Last month I had visited to this hospital for my mother diagnosis. Their treatment and caring is good. Especially the nurse Ranjanan took care atmost level. I Thank to doctor Mr.Palanisamy, Mr. sugumar and Mr.Pradeep who give treatment to my mother well and highly cared. But one thing I suggest in this hospital is ecomically not affordable and little expensive for the middle class people. But I'm sure they return back us healthily and happily.

We started going to this hospital before pregnancy itself. After meeting Dr.Manimehalai we decided that this will be our maternity hospital. The hospital has all the facilities and all the staffs are well trained and organized. We opted for a larger suite room for delivery and it was very helpful. Special mentions to Dr.Manimehalai, senior nurse Mrs.Kumari , Ms.Ruby, Ms.Ramya and nurse Ms.Anusiya. they all took care of me like family. Very very good hospital and full of positive vibes.
