Their service is not up to the mark. I gave my bike for general service and check up. Once I got my bike back I noticed lack of front brake force and I mentioned it to them and they told them it is due to water in the brake since the bike was just out of water wash. I had to return the next day since the problem persisted. They checked it again and told that whole brake lever system need to be changed and also the brake pad will expire in 500km. So what were they doing in the beginning when I gave my bike??? Very disappointed with their service and also almost anything I ask for replacement is out of stock. These service centres need a lot of improvement and need to learn from service centres in Bangalore. Here they maintain a proper protocol like even asking the customer to take a test ride before concluding their service. Please improve your services because RE is not the lone player in the market these days. There is stiff competition and if the service is this bad, it will be difficult for RE and easier for customers to make their choice.

These guys are simply awesome. My rugged RE classic have been turned to mint condition. I was surprised with the fact that their charges are very affordable among others. The staffs are customer centric and well behaved. Without a second thought I strongly suggest this service Center to others.

Had bad experience twice. Bullet standard 350 1. For my general service damaged the chrome ring around the speedometer. 2. Forget to tighten the silencer . It was about to fall in the next day of the service.
