Very bad experience. I booked this property and called them for some other enquiry. The property reception said they want 1600/- no matter what. Based on my previous bad experience, I checked with OYO exec. that they won't ask for more money during checkin. OYO exec. promised me that this is their property not a third party lease. But the receptionist with a harsh tone said that they want more. I am glad that I called them way before or else I'd be stranded at the streets with my infant and family. Don't book here no matter what. Else, be ready with 1600/- Rupees.

Rooms were neet and clean. Stayed for a day. Although the check out time was 12 pm, they readily agreed to charge me for one day as I arrived in the morning and left by evening 6:30 pm. Did not try the food as I am vegetarian. Overall nice experience, convenient distance from Ernakulam bus stand and MG Road. For vegetarians, pure vegetarian restaurants are available within walkable distance. Receptionists were courteous and well mannered.

Checkin checkout was a breeze. They provided competitive rates for A/C room. Lift and free wifi and hot water is available. Very near to south ernakulam metro station(700m ). However, they have just provided 1towel for 2 pax in a room and there weren't any toiletries too. Also expected a bottle of drinking water to be provided by them.

Decent and silent hotel Point of contact Jabir is co-operative. Very close to metro station.(150mtrs) Close to South Ernakulam South Junction railway station.(less than a km) Clean rooms flexible with required options. Food is our own option to choose from outside.

Located exactly at the heart of the Kochi city, in Chittoor road, near Maharajas Metro station. Good service and rooms. Amenities are also good. Staffs were friendly and supportive. Clean and good hygiene maintained. Prompt housekeeping staff.

Pleasant stay .Service was good but we were told complimentary breakfast but that was not provided .Rooms were very neat and clean.

This hotel was located Near MG Road and just behind the Maharajas college metro station and nearly 500m to marine drive and nearby parks. So it's a preferable stay for families those who are traveling to kochi. And the Staff were very nice and polite.

Highly suitable for Swift travellers like in my case, check in-refresh-rest- move on. The building is easy to locate, new and rooms were very clean, the bathrooms especially. There is no inhouse restaurant, i used Zomato. All in all,my short stay was comfortable and no complaints.

We had travelled from Bangalore to kochi and its our first visit to Ernakulam and initially we had lot of challenges as most of them understands local Language regarding hotel it is at a prime location of the city. It's a new hotel friendly and courteous staff and especially the owner of the hotel is very kind and speaks Hindi and English well and about the hotel the rooms are quite excellent and well equipped with top notch A/C , Fridge, TV, Hair dryers and 24x7 hot water and was also equipped with other amenities. Hats off to staff and owner for making sure even small things matters a lot.
