Highly disappointed! I booked an appointment 2 days in advance for today at 4 pm. After 3 o'clock, their staff contacted me and asked if I could reschedule. I had come down by then. However I rescheduled it to 5 pm. At 4:20 pm I called them there and cross checked to see if there was any change. I reached there at 5 o'clock as per their confirmation. They asked me to wait again. I asked them I reached there only after cross checking the schedule. But the attitude of front desk staff was really disappointing. She ignored and behaved in such a way that I'm not an important customer for them. I arrived with high expectations and was disappointed at the front desk. I canceled the appointment and went to Lyra unisex salon nearby. Even though it was busy there, they are customer friendly. I will never choose Head n Face again. Will never recommend to anyone.

Visited for a hair cut around 10:30pm, had to wait over an hour for my turn. Reception staff were very welcoming and proactive even at the late hour. A great example of good customer service. In between one of the staff offered a promotional offer. Finally, my turn for hair cut everything flipped in seconds. The guy seemed tired and bored of the job, where he was busy chatting and screaming at his colleagues. A very unpleasant experience doesn't show up the basic courtesy or manner. How would you feel when someone carelessly uses a blade on your neck without even looking at what he is doing. How scary it is. Never again

Head and face saloon is highly recommended as they are so friendly and kind to customers. Kabita has attended me and she was so polite and explained step by step process. Best experience I had in my life with head and face.

Quality of Services:salon's overall quality of service is excellent. Staff is highly skilled, professional, and attentive to your needs. I liked the Clean and Inviting welcoming space. During and after the Services they keep checking the customer comfort and satisfaction. Sure to mention that, staff are well trained, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this saloon.

First and foremost kudos to the staff we met who were all pleasant and welcoming. That's what is most important in any industry that provides service to customers. A welcoming reception. The receptionist was very efficient and dedicated. Services rendered by the staff were excellent. Rates were reasonable for the service offered. Will definitely return.

We went to head and face salon for a Facial. And it was the Best Facial. We got the Hydrafacial which took 3 hrs with the additions. Technicians were very courteous and knowledgable. The Salon was very relaxing and moreover impeccably clean. Also they did the Skin Analysis and recommended the best skin treatments. We thoroughly enjoyed our facial. Highly Recommend.

Had my eyebrows done here. Took an appointment on the previous day itself, but had to wait for more than 30 mins( it was 7 am in the morning and no other customers were there) Speaking about the work - I am not satisfied as one of my eyebrow shapes got totally ruined My partner got a haircut and beard grooming. The final result was not what we were expecting even after giving so many suggestions. If they are offering 24*7 service, the quality shouldn't be compromised irrespective of which time we opt for. Compared to the quality of work prices they are charging is very high.

I took the service with head and face unisex salon with my sister and brother. All three of us were really not happy with the service. The waxing experience which I had was the worst. My skin got burns. Both facial and hair spa didn’t had much massage. I wonder how others have given such good review. I took the service seeing the reviews online, but it was disappointing to get a completely unprofessional service.

Me and my friend went to do hair colouring for me , the colour we choose and the colour we got after washing was way more different from each other. Even requested the staff to show us the colour palette and the staff told us that it’s not the same because we should do 20 instead of 10 like come on! we did a 10 highlights and at least the one i got should pay off the colour that i choose .This was the worst but expensive (compared to what we got at the end) salon ever

Probably one of the best pedicures I have ever received. I also had a lovely hair spa treatment. The staff is very pleasant and friendly, and the place is clean and pretty. Looking forward to trying out more services here in the near future!
