had
an
excellent
stay
at
Illam
Heritage!
The
staff
was
incredibly
hospitable
and
went
above
and
beyond
to
ensure
that
all
of
my
needs
were
met.
From
check-in
to
check-out,
I
was
impressed
by
their
level
of
service
and
attention
to
detail.
The
ambience
of
the
hotel
is
truly
outstanding.
The
traditional
architecture
and
decor
transport
you
to
another
time
and
place,
and
it's
clear
that
a
lot
of
thought
has
gone
into
creating
a
warm
and
inviting
atmosphere.
One
thing
that
really
stood
out
to
me
was
how
clean
the
hotel
was.
Every
corner
was
spotless,
and
it
was
clear
that
the
staff
takes
great
pride
in
maintaining
the
highest
standards
of
hygiene
and
cleanliness.
Overall,
I
would
highly
recommend
Illam
Heritage
to
anyone
looking
for
a
comfortable
and
welcoming
stay
in
a
beautiful
and
historic
setting.
The
hotel
exceeded
my
expectations
in
every
way,
and
I
look
