Good hotel. Thali meals are good. Good service. Quiet place.

Worst ever customer service, there is only one guy to take the orders, no water or cutlery provided. If we want something too, there is no one there to give one. The staffs are rude. Worst thing is that the food is very overpriced with very small portion and doesn't taste good. The ambience and interior is only the good thing worth mentioning

Nice well lit restaurant. Indian food is a lot better tasting than Chinese or continental selection. Overall, we found local (Kerala cuisine) items on the menu to be the best in taste of the lot. Caramel custard among the desserts is the pick of the list. Nice staff and service. Good value for money though.

I had complementary breakfast during my stay at Abad Metro. Idli was available everyday. Puttu with Kadala or Wheat porotta and Vegetable Kurma was another option. Bread with butter and Jam, Muffins were also available. Tea , Milk and one juice were the drinks options. The food was okay.

Costs are quite low, however food preparation takes some time.. Food quality is ok, just worth the money you're paying for, if you order stuff apart from thali. Courteous staff, helpful in nature. All in all, a decent experience.

Not that great. Even though they have people to grab you from the parking space; the food is not that great as most of the things were not available when we ordered. More over the staff is not ready to change the channel even though you are the lone guest in the restaurant. The hygiene was not that great. There was bad odour too inside the restaurant.

Superb thaali meals.. yummy tasty. Me my wife enjoyed the meals. The ambience is also really good.. the meals were so affordable and the staff members were also very pleasing..

Absolutely loved the place. We visited there for lunch post lunch period. The person who served us food offered us puttu. A traditional keralian dish people eat for breakfast at post lunch. Thank you so much for that. Loved the dish. Along with it we had pakora and tea. It's was delicious. Along with all these he gave us itinerary of Abad resorts all around Kerala. It was awesome. He also guided us our way to buy local fabrics and food. Must recommend

Down Town restaurant is a part of Abad Metro Hotel. Down Town restaurant is closed for the time being due to the hotel Abad Metro is operating only for Quarantine guests now. Abad Metro Hotel is the best for Quarantine under COVID19 Protocol. Many home quarantine people are facing issues from neighbours. Hotel quarantine is good and safety for family and also will help living place from Containment Zone and stop community spread. Rates are very less in this hotel. So I personally prefer people to go for hotel quarantine instead of home quarantine.

Not bad but not worth the price. Very small portions

Food was below average. Nothing special. I have tried the breakfast and lunch. Both were not up to the mark. The service is so poor and the staffs are so arrogant, that if you ask them to bring some thing, he will show a bad face and then go inside the kitchen and wont return for next 15 minutes. The only thing i found interesting here was a guy who just arranges the cutlery's with so perfection. Even the hotel staffs are have the same attitude. As the food was not to my taste i ordered food from zomato. When the food got delivered, i requested the reception staff to send it to my room. They said that i have to come and collect it and they wont do this. Their hospitality is the worst i have ever seen.

Very Nice And clean place. The staff is excellent. We were in a rush to catch a bus and didnt have a lot of time to eat. They were willing to make our meals take away and helped us a lot by hurrying to get the food ready. The manager even ran after us to give back my waterbottle that i forgot. 10/10 service! World recommend! Ps: we caught the bus :)
