Very helpful local family. Calm location near Fort Kochi. Rooms are clean and confortable, I would prefer 1st floor and roof top ones.

Got the alternative stay.. decent but lacks the number of restrooms provided the size that could be accomodated. Mosquitoes might be an issue since the canal are filled with expelled water.

Great place to stay in Kochi! Room was good, nice roof to area hang around. Good location, close to Fort Cochi but on a quite street. And amazing hosts!! Very warm and welcoming. Provided us with information about Kochi and our next destionation, helped us with averything we needed. They also offer good breakfast with fresh fruit for a good price (cafes around are a bit pricy).

It's a very good place to stay in Fort kochi. The rooms and washrooms are well maintained and spacious. Soffi aunty and joji uncle speak very sweetly and helped us in exploring the places near by. They are very good and aunty cooks very delicious food. They host the guests at best way possible.

I was in kochi for a week trip. Choose this place in last moment. It was heavy raining that noon. And I walkin in this property to get a shelter. These God face couple helped me to get in and check in. Charged me a minimum possible per day basis charges and offered me this room with attached toilet and ac. I have no words to explain their good hospitality and smiling faces. They are always ready to help you out for all possible things. I will definateky recommend this property to all

I t was a wonderful experience to stay in joji, the host were very friendly serving ppl sincerely and helping all the time to find locations sharing the places to be visited. W e never felt like they are strangers they extended their warm welcome when we entered and throughout our stay they made us to feel we are in our home. Thankyou for the couple who made this happen. There is positive vibes in this place. The owner's are super lovely. I especially wish to visit Kochi because of this peaceful place. Doyle arranged the auto driver cum guide, "Martin" who was wonderful person and made our trips in Fort Kochi a memorable experience. Highly recommend to reach for him. He is well versed in English.

We had such a great time staying there, just perfect! Sofia, Doyle and all the family are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy, we loved The breakfast on the rooftop. Also, we had an amazing cooking class with Sofia. Very recommended!

Jojies homestay was amazing, the hosts were so polite and friendly. My friends and i came to Kerala for a trip, and Jojies homestay was our first stay. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was very very hygienic. My friend and i forgot our denim jackets there but the host Mrs. Sofia was very kind to parcel them back to our place. It's a perfect homestay for travellers.

Stay was not comfortable. Mosquitoes were troubling throughout the night. No arrangements are in place to avoid mosquitoes menace

They are a lovely family. The room is good and the bathroom new and hot water 24h available. They helped us to move around the city and book some activities like the Khatakali and the Backwater. Breakfast is totally worthy and tasty. 100% recommended
