They promise 20mints delivery bt they respond after 1 and half hour. Then we complint they call back and harrased.

They promised delivery in 20mins and but was not delivered even after an hour , when complaint they harrased through call. Never expected this from a famous food chain.

Service here is pathetic. Not recommended. Ordered 8pc meal + chicking rice for home delivery (which is not even 400meters away from y mall). They informed me they'll deliver in 20mins, I called them after 20mins and they said "Thee ippo deliver cheiyam" (will be delivered in a while) 20 mins passed, called them again and they say "Didn't we tell that it'll take 1hr to deliver? Delivery staff is not available". This was the most pathetic service I've ever encountered in a big chain like Chicking. I cancelled the order from chicking and placed a similar kind of order from FFC, Thriprayar. Was delivered in 20mins and also tastes way better than Chicking.

Very unprofessional staffs at the counter. They simply ignore the customers with priority. They don't even wish to talk and help customers in the queue. Staffs must be lead by example for helping and directing the customers with ease. Never had such bad experience from any of the chicking outlets in my past. Management should educate staffs on customers care criteria. Thanks.

Food was good, but the service was very disorganized. Guy at the billing counter seemed uninterested in serving customers. Customers had to wait around the counter for their meal to be ready with no system in place to display the receipt the number when ready. Needs a lot of improvement in service quality

Burger from Ymall tastes fresh. It's better than what I got from Chicking.

the chicken was quite literally burnt and when i bit into it it tasted like pure oil and i payed full price for these fries and this is the amount i get?!?!?! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS never have i eaten this bad its not worth the money overrated and overpriced not worth it at all! waste of money this was a meal for 6 praiple note in mind we bought large fries and what is this?!?!?

One of the worst experience I just had in Ymall Chicking. Ordered 4Burgers, one medium fry and a coke, checked with staff how much time it will take as ushall got answer 15 min, after 20 min checked with staff mentioned 2 min waited another 10min. My kids were hungry and very much disappointed. The worst thing no courtesy at all for staff,no sorry or explanation about late order as their expression is if you want or buger offf @#*
