I guess it's one of the oldest restaurants in payyanur. We went for dinner and there was no one there which was surprising becUze the food was good and the service excellent. Decent food . Only diaadvantage was there being a bar on the ground floor which can be a little disheartening for some. But they have kept the entrance separate and parking too. So it's alright.

K K RESIDENCY is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and a beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The food served there is very delicious- especially the Thali Meals. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again......

Stayed for 2 days, it was good and comfortable, also the food was delicious. The staff were very welcoming. The room and it's bathroom was very clean. Overall I am happy with the stay here and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable stay at affordable prices.

Located conveniently on the main road next to the bus stand. Plenty of parking available. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Good food choices also available. I enjoyed staying there, and would recommend it to anyone.

Staying in the hotel for the last 15 days. Very cordial staff and management. Takes utmost care for the guests. Neat and clean luxurious AC rooms, 24 hour hot water, buffet breakfast, spacious restaurant with variety of food both veg and non veg for lunch and dinner. Located just opposite to old bus stand, ample parking space and AC Bar is also available

Actually we were there for the New Year eve family get-together and supper there after. The selection was by my niece. The place was very tidy. Food was excellent. The hospitality was something worth mentioning. The manager and the staff at the restaurant deserve a standing ovation. Feel like a home away from your home... Wish to visit again....

Incredible hospitality and food! They recently started kerala meals. I tried the fish curry meals and its got to be one of the tastiest lunch I’ve had in a while. I also loved how neat and clean the rooms are!

Me with my family had an excellent stay there. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. We experienced amazing hospitality. All the service staffs are very co-operative and helpful. The food is very tasty, especially I like thaali meals. They have a large parking area too.

The room was excellent and service was great. Staffs were polite and overall a great experience. The only drawback was their parking and entry and exit point which was too narrow.

I had been there with my wife and my close friend and his wife for my friend's grand daughter's choroonu. We stayed there from 10.09.2022 to 14.09.2022. We were supposed to vacate on 13th morning, but on 12th night around 10.30 p.m. , my friend's wife had an epileptic attack and had to be rushed to the hospital. The support and help that we received from the hotel staff was just unbelievable. They arranged everything and she was taken to the hospital at the earliest. Our stay at the hotel was excellent and the food at the restaurant too was exemplary and so was the service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one who wants a decent stay at Payyannur.

I had a pretty good experience staying here.I had come here for a film based shoot,had been here for 4 nights.The service was totally good.Staffs were incredibly polite and well mannered.Only drawback I found was the restaurant ambience was very poor. The rooms were pretty spacious and clean,but it didn't have the look of a 4 star hotel though. I would give this hotel a 3/5 when it comes to appearance and amenities...4/5 for staff and 2/5 for the restaurant.
