👍👍 We went on a spur of the moment trip with our littles and this was by far the best trip. They had such a blast and we are thinking of making this our yearly family trip. We hope to be able to stay longer so that they can have more fun. Very friendly staff and also very clean and quiet!!!

Enjoyed our stay ... 8 kids aged 3 to 17 really enjoyed the water park. Owner Chris is a nice person and willing to help with any problems. I saw that they had several events planned thru the season.

Absolutely exceeded expectations! Stayed in Cabin 1. This is not just a cabin, its truly as good (if not better than) a VRBO. It was very clean, nice size, and well equipped. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The playground is honestly the best one I've ever seen at a campground. My kids were in heaven. The pond for swimming fishing, and playing was well maintained, and the entire family enjoyed it. We visited the waterpark on site for 2 of the days, and it was such a relaxing time. Not the biggest around, but it is so well maintained and secure a parent can let their guard down for a bit and let the kids enjoy themselves. Every staff member was considerate and accommodating. Thank you for an amazing get away!!!

I've enjoyed this place since we've started camping. The staff is terrific, and the location is wonderful. The sites are all full hook up, and many of them are pull through. They are well maintained, decently level, and have a good view of the lake. There aren't that many weekend sites, as most of this place is seasonal. That being said, I haven't had an issue with getting a reservation. There are no trees on these sites. That being said, this is great place for spring and fall camping. Which also happens to be my favorite time to camp. Bathrooms are very clean and well taken care of. That's all I need to say. No trash, no smells, just a good clean facility. It's a testament to their clientele. I've gone fishing in the lake and haven't had any luck, although it is full of fish. When I would go and play with our kids in the lake, I'd always have a fish bumping into me constantly. It was pretty funny. Be aware that there is a large valley you have to go down and then back up (about a 7% grade according to my car). I wouldn't worry too much. We pull a 30 foot travel trailer with a RWD Durango, and it made it up just fine. It just looks imposing.

Did a quick drive around and the driveway could use a little work as for some potholes I know there's a lot of work in a campground and upkeep but patience in time things will get there

Owners are wonderful people. Great waterpark on site. Lunch counter in office with hand dipped ice cream. Restrooms and showers were spotless. They sell high grade firewood cheaper than the cheap stuff you pay high dollar for at most places. Prices on everything are more reasonable than anywhere else we've been. Pets are welcome, except certain dogs on the insurance risk list. Put and take fishing lake, but there are certain days you can keep what you catch. You can also rent water toys to cruise around the lake on. Golf carts are welcome and available to rent. They've only got about 20 daily rental sites, so get reservations early.
