Lots of parking at the clinic. Didn't realise microsuction is an easy and pain free way to remove built up wax, very professional specialist. Checking constantly to make sure procedure was going fine. Will be back in the future if any ear wax issues again. Completely cleared my ears and I can hear again after 2 weeks of struggling. Went in to get my left ear cleaned out as I couldn't hear much and the chemist wax removers weren't doing much. I was surprised how much they got out of my right ear as well! My hearing has greatly improved. Definitely getting a lot more treble registering now.

The care and service provided by Earworx is outstanding. It's rare to find services these days that don't rush to get you out the door. The staff at Earworx carried out the assessment sensitivity, thoroughly and clearly explained their findings. This followed with the procedure being carried out that was not rushed albeit difficult to complete, care taken to ensure the procedure was completely successful with minimal if any discomfort. The result was amazing and my hearing is back to normal. The aftercare advice provided was detailed with an informative leaflet of do's and dont's. I took my 4yo son to see Tabitha today to check his ears after recommendation from the health nurse. She was super friendly and gentle, didn't rush him and made the process as stress free as possible. Great service and would use again.

Had fully blocked ear on right side that could not get clear again with over the counter wax remover fluid from chemist. After 2 days of trying and still blocked booked in to have it removed, (also had some stuck to eardrum) Tabitha took her time and explained everything well and got it all and can hear is stereo again (much better than mono sound lol), and whilst i thought the left side was clear… it was partially blocked too! Thanks for the great job.
