Our salesperson measured our tub twice ( two different days) and that was not enough. The one day install is now ten days and counting. The shower header for the glass door and the door itself were short. Both items had to be reordered. Also, no corner shelf was installed. The fixtures are all not aligned with drain. I have a shower curtain temp so we can shower since it's the only bathroom. The pic with shower curtain is where the glass door should be. For the high cost I expected better service or at least compensation.

The guy that showed up to do our estimate was so unprofessional. He talked to us like we were dumb. His sarcasm was rude and made quite a few rude comments. We were told on the phone while we made an estimate appointment, that we didn't have to make a decision on the spot, but he tried to get us to say yes, but we told him no multiple times. Being pushy and rude will not get you happy customers at all. What a very upsetting experience.

They were great in installing our new bathroom. Looked beautiful on the first day. However none of the recommended cleaners ever get back the shine and beauty of when it was first installed. There’s a permanent bathtub ring and the tub never looks clean. You’re given a list of cleaners to use so you don’t void the warranty. Im very disappointed in this tub as it always looks dirty.

The first thing I have to say about Bath fitters that they are remarkable when it come to standing behind what they say with their guarantee. I had a problem with my tub that was installed a few years ago. Bob from Bath fitters called me and reacted as if it happened yesterday. He sent one of his installers to see the problem. The installer realized I needed a new tub, and Bob had everything replaced that needed repair. To make a long story short, the installers are knowledgeable and complete the whole job in one day. My bathroom is now brand new and thanks to Bob and his crew I am totally satisfied and would advise anyone who wants a beautiful bathroom, BathFitters is for you. I had a similar experience with the sales representative as Samantha Rooney below. In addition, the rep took incorrect measurements and ordered the wrong tub. We only found out on the installation date that it wouldn't fit our tub and it was the wrong design! Another rep had to come to remeasure and I am still waiting to hear back on an install date after having ordered the tub in mid-June.

Your employes did a wonderful job. They called us to see the work every few moments. We gave them ideas and the finished item is grate.

I want to let everyone know about our amazing bathfitter technician named Baker. He was the absolute best technician. Baker was not only timely but he was very helpful, kind, a true artist, and all around wonderful person. He made a wonderful change in our lives with a fantastic bathroom, but his personality really made the experience fabulous. Please let him know how much we appreciate him and the GREAT job he did. Tub is nice BUT TRY GETTING THEM BACK FOR A REPAIR and LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEY DON'T CALL YIU BACK. This is the Dumont New Jersey location.

I needed maintenance on my bath fitter. It has been around 10 years since I had it done. There were some issues BUT service was professional , apologetic and did everything to resolve my problem. Live in a condo and bath fitters were perfect for me. Still looks new. Highly recommended.

Used service before 10 years ago in another bath. Never has a problem. When I arranged this second bath done I was granted generous discount as a repeat customer plus a holiday discount plus a discount for placing order on the same day as the consultation. Decided to order beautiful wainscoat as well since it made sense. Never pushy sales rep. Everything explained. Although reattaching my pedestal sink caused a broken pipe, the company offered to return to fix if I supplied the part. Rather than have them back I have chosen to have my plumber come and supply that. And have purchased a new sink faucet as a finishing touch anyway. The lifetime guarantee is a most positive promise. I look forward to not needing anything for my new bathroom for a long time.

Reliable, professional service. Installed a complete shower/tub covering over our existing tub/shower with new shower curtain rod, rain shower head and tub spout and handle. All done in one day with one day dry time. Immaculate work. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

About 5 years ago Bath Fitter installed new tile and tub. My wife and I were very pleased with their product and their workmanship. Now I needed my tub area re caulked. Their technician, Daniel, was excellent. He took out all the old caulking, cleaned the area and put new caulking in. Our tile and tub area now looks brand new. And this service is free. It comes with your original purchase. Highly recommend Bath Fitter and, if you ever need a serviceman, make sure to ask for Daniel.

Had a lovely experience. The 4 man team worked quickly and efficiently. Cant remember all the names. They were respectful of the house atmosphere, property and clients. Gave proper advice on how to maintain the bathroom install. Also adapted to houses unique measurements.
