Apparently Chipotle has forgotten to train it's employees in common manners or cooking etiquette. You shouldn't leave the pork fat as part of the served meal! Had a huge fat chunk, the staff said nothing but shoved a little pork into a small quac container to make up for the disgusting piece that was served.

Honestly the worse if you want full portions. I’ve reached out to Chipotle countless times but still nothing. Best avoid this one unless you want to pay $15+ and receive half the food.

Had my best experience ever with Chipotle today, which says a lot since I've eaten there 1000+ times. Amazing tasting and fresh burrito bowl with impeccable service. Times are difficult right now and they are going above and beyond as far as bringing quality food and service to people, and doing with with smiles

I had a terrible experience with one of the employees- she had red hair, freckles, glasses, and slightly large teeth. Me and my coworkers were waiting in line and she started glaring at us, we said we needed a second to think about what we wanted and she rolled her eyes. I went up to start ordering and had a coupon for free guac, I showed it to her and asked if I could use it with my purchase and she said “I have no idea” in a really rude way. The store wasn’t busy at all. She shouldn’t have been so rude from the beginning. Won’t be coming back here.

Great food as usual! I love Chipotle and this location is my favorite. The do a good job of keeping fully staffed and keeping the restaurant clean.

This place consistently delivers great food. They don't let me down when I visit for a quick meal.

When in today to get lunch for my fiancee and I, super stressed out already especially because I have a very limited time frame to get lunch and eat lunch and report back to work. I asked for 2x burrito bowls to go. She started getting everything out and then asked me what kind of rice I wanted. I told her three times that I wanted a tortilla inside the bowl. She rolled her eyes at me then gave one scoop each to put in. When I asked her for more than she told me that I get what I get. I told her the rest of my order and she told me that the one small scoop was double meat and it wasn't. The cashier argued with me and said that I had to pay for extra because I asked for it but it wasn't extra. Again I was already frustrated when I went there and when I started getting upset, they rolled their eyes more and started getting an attitude with me. I've never witnessed such unprofessional and rude workers at chipotle. It's unclean as well and music was up too loud. I will NOT be returning here to this location. Save yourself a trip and don't go!!!!

I got a chicken burrito, and they gave me half the amount of chicken any other Chipotle would give. When I said they gotta put more, he pinched 2 more pieces of chicken and put on the burrito. That doesn't do anything... but food tasted good and building was clean. They just gotta work on not skimping out on meat

Tasted good but the portion served was much smaller than what other locations around the US serve. I travel from coast to coast so I know this. Typically when I order a salad, the bowl is filled to the top. Next time I will take pictures.

Very quick. Chipotle has a great process to get people through the line quickly. The food was fresh and tasty.

Extra queso $1.55 asked if I could have it on the side, answer yes. Cashier charged me $2.65. Had her remove it from my check, left it there. I should be able to get queso on the side, I did not want chips. You can get salsa, guacamole on the side. This is not right that you CANNOT get queso on the side. Bad business.

Chipotle is a machine! I didn’t call in everyone’s order and after a very brief wait asked the lady taking orders if she was ready. She said yes and I proceeded to tell her that I needed 10 bowls -5 chicken pastor and 4 steak , 1 veggie bowl and an order of tacos ! She blinked once repeated the order and then all of the line help jumped right in ! Less than 5 minutes later I was checking out grabbed hot sauce , forks and napkins and was out the door! Everything was right and had the lids marked and no issues! What a smooth operation.

The workers were unknowledgeable and rude. When I ordered my food, the server getting my food either was shorting me on the serving, or didn’t know what I was asking for (for example, they didn’t know what salsa verde was). They didn’t clearly label the food I ordered, either (I ordered multiple things for multiple people). That led to the cashier asking me what I ordered since the food wasn’t labeled by the first worker. When I proceeded to answer her question, she quickly threw her hand up near me and said, “Okay, that’s enough!”, and had a small, little rude laugh. I immediately let her know I was just trying to help and answer HER question. I can’t believe a cashier would act that way with a customer, especially when the cashier ASKED for MY help! I wish I would’ve just not visited this place - I would rather have gone hungry than visit that location if I knew I’d be treated like trash there.

Every time I eat or shop here, my plate is always half full. I don't pay my $17 to always be dissatisfied. While most chipotle fast food do their job well

Not bad bathrooms definitely need a Thorough cleaning, though they were pretty disgusting.
