I recently had a massage and a facial. Both of my services were wonderful! My massage therapist was very attentive to what I needed focus work on and my esthetician customized the facial perfectly according to the skin concerns that I had told her about during the consultation. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend their services to anyone.

Laura is amazing. I know professionally she has been working in this industry for over 20 yrs. Her knowledge is extensive and her care for her clients goes above and beyond. Nice place for basic services. First time is a great deal, but membership requirement for most of the pricing breaks. They were able to accommodate our group of 5, which was really helpful for a birthday celebration.

Front desk staff are excellent. Management is so kind. I’m pregnant and they have two therapist who do prenatal, Dorothy is awesome and can really focus on your underlying issues and areas of pain, Endia is amazing and purely a relaxing thorough massage. I recommend this massage to anyone looking to relax and unwind!

I’ve tried going to this location multiple times and each time has been a pretty bad experience. During my last massage my therapist kept blowing their nose without washing their hands in-between. I definitely recommend the Oakley location over this one. I’ve had multiple good experiences at the Oakley location but this one is consistently bad.

I went in last week for a facial with Olivia C. I was in awe! She has a very sweet and caring spirit. She listened to my concerns and made her recommendations. It was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had! My skin was glowing! I’ll definitely go back and will ask for her!

Very pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Employees use your name when speaking to you which is very personal and relaxing. The massage is also very relaxing as well as professional. Your best interest is kept in mind at all times during the massage. I have used Miche twice now. She is fantastic. I will be returning.

I’ve been a regular customer here for a couple of years and have enjoyed both massages and facials from several providers. Each experience, while slightly different, has been excellent. Today’s service with Jacky was no exception. The facility is tranquil. The folks at the front desk are friendly and helpful, and I always leave feeling soooo relaxed. Highly recommend!

I like them but as a college student I struggle to afford the membership and so I usually resent the payment because they don't always take on same day. I wish massage was covered with insurance. I can't cancel until I pay ahead of time and catch up so I don't use that account anymore. Also no one has mentioned all my rewards points I've accumulated or suggested to apply it to any upgrades which are always mentioned but I'm already paying more than I can really afford, including tip. I keep coming back because I appreciate the team and know what to expect.

I scheduled a massage and filled out all the forms prior to my appointment stating that I was pregnant. Nobody reached out to me about anything regarding my pregnancy. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and the receptionist stated she knew I filled out the forms online and my therapist would be out shortly. At 10 o clock at my appointment time the therapist came out and told me he was not prenatal certified and could not give me a massage, which wasn’t his fault because he was not able to look at the intake form before. But the receptionist never looked over my forms seeing that I was pregnant and they said they could not give me a massage though I carved out time on this day for it and could not come back an out her time. They offered me nothing but to come back another day, no apologies for their lack of professionalism handling the situation and not looking at my intake form. I will not be going back there for any of my needs because of their carelessness. And I totally understand they would need a prenatal therapist for me, but I was unaware because I did my due diligence and filled out the intake forms days before my appointment. Very disappointed.

I actually went in for a massage and wasn’t very satisfied at first with it but went back and forth on saying something to the massage for over 2 weeks. I decided to contact the manager and he made me feel much better about the whole situation. I own my own businesses and I completely understand stuff happens and the manger there went above and beyond what he needed to do or what I myself would ever even be able to do. I honestly don’t know how he was able to make happen happen during a recession. I would highly recommend this location and the manger and the women who did my deep tissue I can’t honestly remember her name unfortunately but she did a great job as well. But I was mostly impressed with the customer service. I would highly recommend this location and the manger for making things work somehow during difficult times! Thanks again!

they have an amazing staffing system and amazing people working at this location. many of nice greeting when i get there and leaving. best customer service on the phones and very helpful when there are issues.

Esthetician was fantastic- soft touch and very product knowledgeable. I had the Diamondglow… made an incredible difference (one I didn’t realize I needed so badly till afterwards).
