The young lady at the register named Cay was very polite and always had a smile on her face and every time I come she has the best recommendations. Will definitely be coming back. :)

Got there at 8am. An employee named Amy looked EXTREMELY overwhelmed and wouldn’t stop talking about how hard the job is. Said they ran out of cold venti cups and Trent’s lids or something like that. Said it to customers who picked up their mobile order. Not a word to me and I’m standing right there. Didn’t say hello, didn’t say we’d be right with you, and I waited 10 minutes before Caramel came up to me to take my order. I understand being understaffed. I understand a job can be stressful. But 10 minutes of nothing from either one makes me feel like they don’t want me there. They just kept doing mobile order after mobile order. I understand those need to be taken care of but I’m right in front of you…

This location is by far the best Starbucks! The staff members are kind, and always make my drink right! I tend to frequent Starbucks a lot and the service here outweighs the convenience of a drive thru! I love it! I’ll keep coming back!

I don't drink coffee, so why the hell does Google keep asking me about a place I've never been. 0 stars for annoying me TF!

My coffee is never right from them, i usually mobile order. I get a shaken expresso with an extra shot in it, but it almost always taste like milk. And I hate asking them to remake it and its a waste of time bc they rarely ever even get it right the second time. I pay too much for my coffee to not get what I paid for.
