Went to get dinner Togo from this location. They don’t even acknowledge you as you stand in front of them waiting to be helped. They act like their invisible until they can do something. Lady in front asked for bathroom code multiple times raising her voice and they just pretend they didn’t hear. They packed food really fast and i was was busy with my 2 year old to notice but when i got home my portions were so bad. I got ripped off and i didn’t even get any teriyaki sauce with my teriyaki chicken

Good food very fresh very tasty very friendly service was fast 👌🏼 eating as I type this 😋 got the chowmein with honey walnut shrimp & mushroom chicken and just... yes. I mix my plate together for maximum flavor and it is... Scrumptious.

Panda Express is always delicious. This one is the best Panda Express I have ever had. I would definitely come back here.

I never thought I'd have to leave a review this low for a Panda Express, this is not my home store but I instantly noticed a different vibe coming into here with the employees running this place. No smiles just miserably working, didn't even realize we were standing in the lobby for a good 5 minutes because they're too busy focus on the drive-thru...absolutely the worst portion sizes I've ever seen I will not be coming back here again and they don't know how to keep your food warm while waiting for a side That's not ready to go....

This place is going downhill. The staff the works here doesn't have good customer service skills, feels like they work here just to make a living. I claim one of my free entree panda rewards as a loyal customer, the staff only filled the small bucket halfway. I was thrilled to try their new chili shrimp when I saw it on the app, but it's a shame that it was super dry and tasted like it's been sitting on the steam table for too long. They tend to forget sauces. One time I order chicken teriyaki and there's no teriyaki sauce just plain chicken. Just imagine how frustrating that is after you get home. Ordered an egg roll with no sweetsour sauce. It just goes on. Staff are not attentive and food quality needs improvement. I want to avoid this location and go to the one in Pacific highway instead. Terrible.

Ordered my meal online & was informed it would be ready at a set time. We arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled time and the food wasn't ready- we were asked to park & we did & staff had us waiting for over 30 minutes- when we went to the doors to ask about the status of our meal they ignored us and shooed us away. Meanwhile they marked the order as completed in the app despite us never receiving the food we paid for. Eventually we had to leave to avoid being late to work.

The young girl at the window was very Rude. All the items we tried to order weren't available or had a long wait time. I talked to the manager and she just brushed me off. They don't accept cash.

The staff is nice, food is pretty decent, but good luck not waiting 30 minutes for your food. You would think by this point they would have implemented a PAR system so they could proactively manage their menu.
