This store has gone down over the years. Dillards use to be my go to for bras, makeup, purses, swim suits... everything. The sales people use to be friendly and more than willing to help. Now I can barely get an associate to make eye contact, let alone actually help me. Last time I was in the store I was browsing the Lancome cosmetics. The associate came over and said, "you don't actually need help, do you?" I had every intention on purchasing some new make up but after that interaction, I left and went to Macy's the next day. It seems the associates rather stand around people watch in hopes of catching a thief to add excitement to the day rather than help customers. I mentioned to an associate that I unfortunately had to witness someone getting arrested the week before. The associate got all excited and gave me full details about the crime and arrest but was not very knowledgeable about cosmetics. It's a shame for customers that are willing to pay for service.

Just had an infuriating experience at the store. I came with my teenage daughters to look for a Homecoming dress. Not once person offered to help as we went around in circles, looking for something trendy. Instead, we were followed by a foul-faced security guard who glared in return to my smile. Will never shop here again and encourage my friends to take their money elsewhere as well.

LOL security guard isnt subtle about following you around 🤣 i like to go to uppity places like this dressed as a bum to test their customer service. The woman before shift changed in colognes was helpful, weary but not judgey. Cant say the same for the fella in big and tall. I'd got more but most of the prices weren't on the tags.

They have one of the largest assortments of prom dresses 👗 my daughter tried on 6

The variety is good, but the hours are horrible for those who work a 9-5 job. The place needs a facelift, as well... It's looking a little run down and worn out.

Customer service was fantastic! The store associate engaged with me almost immediately and helped me pick out several pant/shirt outfits. When you need personal attention Dillard's is the place to go.

Plenty of parking. Good women's clothing and shoe selection. Dressing rooms were spacious.

Very clean store and bathrooms. The sales lady was very friendly and nearby when we had questions. Overall, great shopping experience!
