The
check-in
time
stated
in
the
confirmation
email
was
3pm.
When
we
arrived
around
4:50,
the
front
desk
staff
Andrea
told
us
that
we
can't
be
checked-in
yet
because
our
room
wasn't
ready
yet.
We
told
her
that
we
were
supposed
to
check
in
at
3pm,
and
it
had
passed
two
hours
than
that.
Andrea
used
the
excuse
that
there
were
too
many
rooms
for
them
to
clean
and
they
didn't
clean
all
the
rooms
at
the
time
yet.
We
made
clear
that
we
don’t
accept
that
as
an
excuse.
And
then
Andrea
said
"YOU
GUYS
GOT
LUCKY,
I
found
one,"
and
then
checked
us
in.
During
the
entire
interaction
with
Andrea,
she
was
very
condescending
and
rude
to
us.
We
didn't
feel
welcoming
when
we
arrived
the
hotel.
We
highly
suspect
that
she
was
being
racist
to
us
because
we
are
people
of
color
and
wore
a
mask
at
the
time
we
checked
in.
After
we
entered
the
room,
we
found
the
toilet
didn't
work
properly
and
it
makes
very
loud
noise
when
it
refills
with
water.
The
room
was
located
at
the
1st
floor.
Sound
insulation
was
near
zero!!
We
clearly
heard
people
talking
in
the
hotel
lobby
at
midnight.
We
are
extremely
disappointed
by
this
stay
with
Sheraton.
