Overpriced undervalued. Better option is the Holiday Inn Express. website said refrigerator and microwave. Only one microwave per floor at the other end of floor. No pool and no breakfast. Only food on property is vending machines and overpriced restaurant. Remodel looks great but should be an 80.00 room. Facility is 5 star and staff were great. Pet friendly. Not a 150.00 value

Overall decent. My room was clean and bed was comfy which is most important to me. The rain head shower head is awesome. The things that weren't so great were that my room faced inside the hotel so I had no natural light, TVs are old with no sleep timer, no access to Netflix or other apps, I also had to turn the TV on and off several times to the picture to come on. Not enough light in the room-million lamps but was still pretty dark. Location is OK. Lots of options 5-10 minutes away.

The outside looks dated, but it has been remodeled recently, and the inside is nice. The rooms have also been remodeled and are good and well. There were plenty of charging options, and everything was clean. They do have low ceilings, and I was able to hear my neighbor, but overall, it was a good experience.

Booked a two night stay. Was about 300 dollars. Building looked nice pulling up but that was about it. No pool, no included breakfast. There were no trash bags in any of the garbage cans in the room. Walls and rooms in the building were plain and boring with little to no decor. They were trying to sell beers in the lobby for seven dollars each which is highway robbery. Not exactly sure what I paid all that money for. One of the worst hotels for the price.

This was a fun getaway. I have not stayed at a Sheraton in over 30 years. This was a nice place to stay, friendly service, our dogs were welcomed. Service was above and beyond any place we've stayed in years. They actually seem to care. The beds were comfy, quiet, cool. Food on the Club Level was really good and fresh. I was nervous at first, but it was great!

The rooms were like a retro modern style. The front desk was so kind to room us away from busier floors because we were on a girl's weekend trip.

Front desk wasn’t aware of a meeting that was scheduled on the other side of the restaurant. I was a bit embarrassed and felt like staff didn’t care either way. Maybe I was over-excited to be at this venue, but didn’t feel any compassion for an event being held on the property.

Stayed here for 9 days between selling and closing on a new house. They were absolutely amazing! We had the dog and cat and there are no extra fees for them. We had a suite with a sleeper sofa, table, two bathrooms, a huge jetted tube and king bed. It was a slow week for the hotel so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff was very friendly, always said hi to the dog when he was going in / out, and the manager introduced himself and made sure we knew to ask for anything we needed. The kids joked we were like Eloise in MN instead of NY. Thanks for giving us a temporary place to be with the pets!

Close to malls, airport and restaurants. Room was a little dated but roomy and comfy. Since I was attending a conference, meals were provided and were very good. I stayed on the ground floor so view is the parking lot. Very limited if you don't have a car to go anywhere.

Emre, the hotel receptionist, provided exceptional service during my stay. His warm welcome, knowledge, and efficiency made my experience truly enjoyable. He's a valuable asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend it thanks to his excellent customer service.

I was here for a business meeting. The staff was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in until I checked out, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Weeks leading up to my arrival they (Joe, Kathy and Alex) were very detailed orientated regarding my requests and were very responsive to all questions, changes and needs. The food catered by the kitchen was excellent-- had breakfast and lunch buffetts, Guillermo was our setup/server and did an awesome job. Lela restaurant in their lobby was delicious, our waiter Juan was very knowledgeable about the food, wine and specialty drinks. The hotel inside is absolutely beautiful. Perfect spaces for weddings, meetings and business trips. I got to work with Tyler from their AV--knowledgeable and friendly! Great location. My room was comfortable, bed was great!

Live the location, easy highway access, but that's where the good points end!...There were some young hooligans, couple rooms down spilled out into the hall screaming and fighting at 4 in the morning, police had to be called...it went on for like an hour and a half. Next morning upon check out I asked for a manager to report my complaint about my horrible stay to, no manager was on duty and the girl at the front desk acted as if I were bothering her even asking, don't stay here.

It was great except they put us in the furthest room away from the entrance and we are old and we have a companion dog that we had to walk all the way to the front door for us to take him out to go potty . We even asked for a luggage cart as we needed assistance but the clerk just stated that other clients must still have them near their rooms. So we would have to carry our own. So rude.

I have not been in hotels much since 2020 however this visit is high on my list of favortites! The decor in the common area is beautiful, and the rooms were clean and lovely. Some subtle things that made this stand out was that 1) the pet policy is that pets are allowed at no extra fee (a waiver was signed of course for the event of damages or additional cleaning required due to the pets). 2) The showers contained full size bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I have a lot of hair and I didn’t need to ask for extra mini bottles this time. 3) Lastly, it’s a shame there is not complimentary breakfast but my fiends and I had breakfast at Lela after seeing the affordable prices and everything was delicious! Better than I could have gotten at any breakfast establishment and was welcomed over a continental spread. Thank you for the lovely stay and we will be coming to this location for the same event in 2024.

I travel a fair amount for work. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff (although I used the app to check in and out) were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The lobby was very large and had several tables available for small groups. The wasn't complimentary coffee/breakfast, but I was able to purchase a cup at the bar. I will stay again when I return to the area.

Had lots of fun here! Very spacious and so is the parking lot. The building entrance looks very pretty, not too much updates outside around the building. Inside was nicely decorated and pretty. I would definitely recommend this place for wedding events!

The staff were all accommodating and the room was spacious and clean. The downfalls would be that there is no microwave, the bed was quite uncomfortable, there is no continental breakfast, and if you’re in the inside part of the building you get to open your window and look out to a big common area for everyone to see right in. It’s overall nice but does not live up to their star rating and price.

We stay here for 4 nights. The room was only cleaned once despite asking that it be cleaned and the beds made/ garbage taken out every day. The wifi is horrible. Pages do not load— even basic browsing. You can not stream any videos. You can easily hear other guests on the room. The beds are small. Staff are friendly.

The check-in time stated in the confirmation email was 3pm. When we arrived around 4:50, the front desk staff Andrea told us that we can't be checked-in yet because our room wasn't ready yet. We told her that we were supposed to check in at 3pm, and it had passed two hours than that. Andrea used the excuse that there were too many rooms for them to clean and they didn't clean all the rooms at the time yet. We made clear that we don’t accept that as an excuse. And then Andrea said "YOU GUYS GOT LUCKY, I found one," and then checked us in. During the entire interaction with Andrea, she was very condescending and rude to us. We didn't feel welcoming when we arrived the hotel. We highly suspect that she was being racist to us because we are people of color and wore a mask at the time we checked in. After we entered the room, we found the toilet didn't work properly and it makes very loud noise when it refills with water. The room was located at the 1st floor. Sound insulation was near zero!! We clearly heard people talking in the hotel lobby at midnight. We are extremely disappointed by this stay with Sheraton.

The Sheraton Bloomington Hotel is excellent! We had our wedding here over the summer and all the staff went above and beyond for us! Jordan Feist and Guillermo were so helpful throughout the entire process and I can tell that they really cared! The hotel itself is beautiful and our guests loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious and the food (there is a restaurant in the hotel) was delicious! I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in town for anything! Even the front desk staff were so kind and accommodating, 10/10!

The rooms here are well equipped and well laid out. Things are just a little dated. The staff has been great. There's not a lot to do right near the hotel, but the location is nearby to activities.

Cool hotel. Interesting walkway to the elevators. The room we had, a king room, had a massive amount of windows. Not much to see, the highway and the parking lot, but it was nice to have all that light. The shades made it plenty dark at night. I didn’t notice any road noise, even with the highway there. Comfortable bed, lots of room, and a big bathroom with a wonderful shower. I’d stay again for sure.

We stayed here as part of the Sleep Park Fly program and couldn't have been more thrilled with our experience. The hotel reserves the Lyft for you in the morning and sends a text message to follow to get picked up when you land. Car was in good hands. The hotel was clean and the shower was TO DIE FOR! Their front desk staff is AMAZING and friendly. Excellent experience, will use again!

I have to say when I got here I had some issues with my booking but I have to give a special shout out to a few people first of all Todd the bartender is phenomenal , he’s extremely empathetic and I would hire him in any position. He always tries to help anybody who needs and I really appreciated it. Kathy the restaurant manager was super helpful and she Really helped resolve the situation! Alfonso the bus boy was super helpful as well, And finally Notoria who is at the front desk , He is absolutely stellar and I would hire her any day, Would definitely recommend to stay here. !!!

I have to say I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience every-time I stay here. Specifically tonight, I had an amazing dinner with Todd being extremely attentive behind the bar, per usual. Then, there was a situation on the 3rd floor and I was provided a drink and soup by the GM, Tiffany, while I waited for it to clear. I could not be happier with my service. I typically stay downtown but this place is way better!! Stay here everytime for quality and amazing customer service. Thank you for having amazing staff and an amazing hotel!

Rooms are great and spacious, the down side is no microwave available in the room. Beds are a little smaller then other places I have been. Two great pluses are the coffee maker and small fridge. The service could be improved a little, each reservation is different for each person. Great views for the room I reserved.
