    Hannibal, MO—Unfortunately, once you enter into the drive through, you are pinned in, no way to leave. We waited in the drive through for an hour! They were out of Mt. Dew, so ordered a Pepsi—got a Diet (the lid was even marked). Vehicle in front of us was from Michigan, the lady got out, went inside and returned (while we were still in line)! When we finally got to the window, 3 people were leaning against a machine with their hands on their hips. A large bubbling Mt. Dew was sitting next to them. Got our food and it was cold, ALL of it. I blame the manager, whomever it is. DO YOUR JOB! We will not be back. And no, I will not reply to the website, I’ve spent too much time with Taco Bell already. DO BETTER!

    They clearly don’t want or need your business since the app makes it very difficult to order. I usually prefer mobile orders and TB is one of the worst for fast food in the area. This location has been out of Baja Blast for a while. TB has a monopoly on Baja Blast and won’t let other businesses sell it and yet they choose to be out of stock?? Too many app bugs. Rewards are difficult to apply. Too many restrictions. Happy hour pricing not always available. $1ea for packets!! That bug has been fixed but geesh. This is why I don’t order here anymore. Gotta be consistent and convenient. Don’t promise deals and fail to deliver!

    My husband, myself and my two kids went there today for lunch and it was absolutely disgusting. The tacos was absolutely sloppy, the meat was ice cold, the drinks was disgusting. Which was flat. They got two drinks wrong. The floors, the tables, and chairs was absolutely filthy. And I told them/push the screen to “dine in” well, obviously they didn’t read the receipt.. This place needs to be shut down immediately! And I will be making calls, emails. And I have pictures of what my tacos looks like. And they didn’t have any sauce in the lobby. And when I ask for some they act like it was a big deal.

    I ordered thru the app for in store pickup. They were pretty busy but I didn't have to wait too long. I had ordered no tomatoes on my chalupa and they prepared it as requested.

    This location did not give back my credit card after a drive through order earlier this year and I did not realize this until I was home hours and many miles away. They did not take ownership of their mistake and would not take steps to make it right. Now I came back to get my card because they said it was in their safe but cannot find it. This is the worst experience with restaurant management that I have encountered.

    Ordered grab and go from app and when went to pick up, the lobby was closed. There were people inside, being let in by staff. Since I already paid for order, I went through drive through. It took over 30 minutes and then my order was completely wrong. Staff was confused about order and took three tries to get it right. They were not polite and seemed more interested in goofing off. I dont usually have problems during the day but the evenings are terrible. Especially the drive through.

    The staff was less than friendly. My quasadea was not cut into pieces and when I requested a knife to cut it there were none. The dining room was a disaster. My soda was out of flavor it was all around a bad experience. Only given 2 stars because I was feed by the end of the experience.

    No one at register to take our order. The manager came to register and did something. She didn't even look at us to take our order. We had to use the self check out. Just poor service. About 3 pm, so in between peak times.

    They’re constantly closing early with no genuine excuse. It wouldn’t be such an issue if it wasn’t literally every time we tried to get Taco Bell at night. The evening time staff just doesn’t want to work so they’ll tell you whatever time they need to to get you out of their line.

    They deserve less than 0 stars. Paid 20 dollars and didn't get any food and am now out 20 dollars? Never have I ever had this horrible of customer service. Their kiosk failed? And they can't refund the money? Terrible. Do not go here under any circumstances

    My food is almost always wrong which is why I barely go here. Get home with my food, wrong again. The manager on duty Crystal offered to remake it if I travel all the way back to taco bell. I asked if I could just keep the food in my fridge and come another day and she said yes but she will only remake my food. I ordered 2 meals so you think they'd offer my drinks too since they messed up but nope. She said I got my drinks so only tacos. After the horrible customer service and food always being messed up this is the LAST place I'll get food from. I'd go wait 5 hours for Wendy's before going to Taco Bell Hannibal again. If 0 stars were an option I'd give them 0

    Rolled chicken tacos just returned September 7. I stopped at our local Taco Bell four days later, and they were already out of them! They’d even taken down the ads from the signs at the drive-up speaker. This TB location has had problems with the ice machine on and off for some time now. REGIONAL MANAGER: PLEASE do your job and order quantities accordingly and get the equipment serviced in a timely manner. Replace it if needed. This restaurant does a good amount of business (great location on busy road, across from the high school). Invest in keeping it running smoothly and efficiently!

    Slowest and dirtiest Taco Bell I've ever seen in my life!! There was food and garbage all over the floor in the kitchen area and food and garbage in the dining area..so disgusting! Needs to be reported to the health inspectors. Food was also cold and tasted terrible. Waited 45 minutes to get our food along with 5 other families... Each waited for 45 min for food. A local in the Taco Bell said there is always a 35-45 min wait here. Horrible!!

    My experience at this TBell could not have been worse. I ordered from the drive through at this location a few months ago and have been scared to go to a Taco Bell since (which is hard for me). After waiting for a ridiculously long time in the drive through, we finally got to the window only to be told they forgot about our order and we'd have to park and wait. When we went in to pick up our food, the whole place smelled disgusting and there was essentially a fight breaking out in the dining area. Our order was god awful. Not one of the things we ordered tasted right and they gave us *one* sauce packet for our entire order (~5 different items). Both of us were ill after. AVOID.

    First off I was always told that appearance is everything well not at this Taco Bell the guy they had working the drive-thru window he looked like as if had just rolled out the bed nasty 🤮 his uniform had old food stains all over it again I that u supposed to come work with A clean uniform & dressed properly & the food that was on his uniform couldn't come from that day because I went there at 6:00 in the morning they had just opened up & my tater tots tasted if they have been cooked in old grease 🤮🤮 O ' also they didn't have no ice that morning for my drink they was out of ice🤦🏿‍♀️ so I will NEVER EAT @ THIS TACO BELL AGAIN !!

    I would guess this Taco Bell has the slowest drive thru in all the Hannibal. 5-10min per vehicle so plan accordingly. Food was as delicious as any other Taco Bell.

    I wish I was exaggerating when I say I’ve been stuck in this drive through line for more than 30 minutes. Update: Ended up being stuck in the drive through for just over an hour. When we finally got to the window they gave us the wrong food and the drinks were so diluted we ended up throwing them away.

    The employees who were working in the restaurant were very rude. We were in the lobby for about 10 minutes waiting to order and one of the workers locked the outside door and told us the lobby was closed. They refused to take our order. Several other people complained about the food being not what they ordered. Some of those who had ordered in the drive through left before getting to the window to pay. Whoever manages this store needs more training.

    Excellent food. The drive thru was backed up so we opted to go inside. They were extremely busy inside but it only took ten minutes and that's not bad at all considering how busy it was. Food was hot and delicious 🔥The girl who waited on us was very friendly!

    Worst drive thru I’ve ever been through. The guy taking the order was the only one who looked to be doing anything while everyone else looked a bit lost for some reason. They messed up our drink order and then we didn’t get all of our food. Had to wait around front @11:30pm for 20 mins for 2 burritos and strawberry twist. Guess what drive thru guy brought it to us. Check more boxes in the lazy section for all them working back there and no they were not busy but with one car while I waited.

    Felt like ordering from McDonald's, food took better part of 20 minutes. Why is fast food no longer fast. Order from a kiosk and then have to wait for food and having to wait for someone to approach the counter to get your drink cup. Gave us plenty of time to get a good look at the workers. I was surprised there were more workers than necessary but none of which were moving with any type of purpose. And then to top it off both of my Doritos taco Supremes were crumbled in the wrapper when I got them .

    I hate Taco Bell any more and I used to love their food. When you go inside make sure YOU tell them you are paying cash or your order won’t get made. I found this out the hard way. So now you I’m to order from a kiosk and the option for paying is cash or card if you’re not paying with a card YOU… YES YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM you are paying cash.

    This place is nasty! Everytime I come in when im in Hannibal, im hoping it will be better... its not. Just looking at the food prep area is enough to make you question what you about to receive. Every table was dirty, no service, no napkins, the bathrooms are disgusting and overflowing with trash, food was cold...and I'm done. I recognize this is fast food, but this place is managed horribly. God help you if you go here.

    I've been to this location a few times. Most of the time it runs smoothly. Tonight took FOREVER to get my food (it wasn't just me... everyone seemed to have the same issue tonight). I could tell the employees were working diligently at filling orders.. I just have to wonder which orders. I placed mine via the app and didn't get my order until about 45 minutes later (35 minutes after "checking in" which I didn't realize was a thing..). I noticed the drive through kept moving at a steady pace, while everyone inside waited... and waited... and waited some more. :/ When I did get my food, the order was correct. And the staff was friendly. This, along with my other positive experiences here, is why I only took one star off. I hope they continue to work on servicing everyone in a prompt manner, including the inside guests.

    With any fast food place you can sometimes get a bad/off day where they might forget a taco or a burrito but I want to say at least 20% of the time I might be missing one, but they are always nice if I go in to let them know and they don't mind making one. Short staffing is slowly killing everyone I understand and sadly this place has to endure it to; I feel for all the employees that have to work doubles or extra long shifts.

    Unbelievably scarce meal. I ordered the number 6 - 2 Chicken Chalupa Supreme, a taco and drink $10.99 + tax. The taco was skimpy enough but the chalupas were nearly inedible. Because of my low tolerance for leafy greens, I removed the excess lettuce. I was left with less than half of a chlupa shell and there were absolutely no tomatoes on it. My husband opened his crunch wrap to add sauce and found nearly no meat, a little lettuce, cheese and sour cream. Again no tomatoes.

    There was a rather large woman there that fired a young woman in front of customers at the same time there was another young woman patiently waiting for an interview. The large woman I believed to be a supervisor told her she would be right with her, then went into her office and never came back out other than to talk to a repair guy, the young lady sat patiently for nearly one hour and was still waiting when my husband and I left. My opinion this was rude.. I worked in full service restaurants for 25 years so I feel my opinion counts

    At 9 pm they had the doors locked and an employee vehicle parked in drive thru. Door dash guy showed up the same time as we did and said this is a common occurrence at this location. From the reviews, doesn’t seem like it was a place we wanted to eat anyway

    Horrible!!! They are always out of everything! Even ICE and taco shells….. They closed the lobby and messed our food up when we tried to get our correct food they told us we need to wait in the drive thru line again and they will get it to us when they can. The tacos we have had hardly any meat on them at all!

    Staff was extremely slow. A staff member who just got off was griping about where here food order was to the line workers instead of staying clocked in and helping the long line of people in the lobby. I was walked past 3 to 4 times by different people before my order was taken. Then it took 20 minutes to get my food. The lobby was out of soda and Taco sauce and of course when I got home my food order wasn't correct. No sour cream on my Taco Supreme and my crunch wrap Supreme was flat as a pancake. I will not be going to Taco Bell anytime soon.
