I'm so sad to post this, this is the fourth time we've been here since they opened again and everytime it's the same situation, they don't have any hot sauce, jalapeños and no kettle corn flavor... I mean come on, no jalapeños? No hot sauce? No kettle corn flavor? This is why I came to the movies to had a full experience of what a movie theater is. I understand that this is a managers problem not an employee problem, that's why they have a hard time everytime someone asks for a condiment and they talk to you all rude.

So today September 12, 2023 they finally decided to do their job and ID for a rated r movie we’ve watched all the time with out an ID but today was different since we didn’t have our IDs we couldn’t watch the movie… funny thing. They said they’ve always ID because if not they’ll get in trouble, that’s a straight lie on many occasions

5-30-23 Went to go watch Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 with a friend and It's was great. I haven't been here like in for ever. But the place seem clean the theaters had comfy lazy still chairs. The the sound was great.

Workers were very rude to me and my family. We asked for help from the cashier that checks in tickets and she responded very ugly and rude. We asked to speak to a manger and she said they weren’t gonna assist us as well but tell us to speak to Cinemark support.We called Cinemark support to help us which was better help than the girl from the front. The snack cashier was very rude so uncalled for worst movie theater to experience this rudeness. Never coming back here.

While the chairs are more comfortable than other places, the customer service is terrible, they close the snacks and bar early and just don't seem to care for regulars. If I can, I skip this theater to go to others. UPDATE: thank you for the reply below and I will reach out if I continue experiencing the issues.

Clean and organized. No refills on anything because of virus, 😢 no price difference for popcorn and drink expect io drop 20.00. Seats. In theater are lounge big comfy chairs with leg risers. Bathrooms are clean. Great place to see a movie.

Any other day I love this place... But the idea that the simplest, and most common sense of showing someone the only 2 people in the lobby that the tickets I have belong to them had to be one of the most bizarre inconvenience/ annoyance to deal with not one but 2 employees who clearly have no business in the service industry....I don't write reviews the attitude was so jaring it warranted one.

Wonderful theatre , the XD is an awesome experience, comfortable seats, very clean ,.great place to see the action flicks. Super friendly employees and all the must haves -popcorn, nachos, pizza and a soda. Hard to not enjoy the facility. Arcade on sight for all ages. Plenty of theatres out there but this is one of the best

Went to see the super Mario movie and it was great. I love the fancy seats that recline. They had pizza and mozzarella sticks too so got something to eat. It is the movies tho so it’s not cheep. I’d go back to see more movies here overall had a good time.

Food is still very limited, hit and miss on the pizza hut pizza and nachos being avaliable, the plain hot dogs are good. Now time for top gun 2 again 😁

Always have a great time. Everything is as should be. Be early for close parking in front of theater. Recommend the dill pickles and hot dogs with a extra large drink. If your watching 3hr movies. Try the coffee too

There are positives and negatives about this theatre but ultimately it got 2 stars because it's all about the experience. Movies are the same in every theatre. So it boils down to the amenities. Here they have great comfortable seating but the popcorn 🍿 is terrible 😔 no flavor. They can't make any changes to the popcorn to improve it because of city ordinances (they told me that) so weigh out your options. Customer service was patient. So it's your choice, Do you want good seating but tasteless snacks? Your paying more for the same movie 🎥 b/c the theatre is nice and clean. We will go to the Mission Cinemark theatre next time.

Nice place to go see a movie or be on a date, kinda expensive, but that’s too be expected. The price is worth it on those fancy seats they have, best way to experience an action movie or something thrilling like that. I do advise that people that have motion sickness or are sensitive, to lower the settings or turn it off completely.

Had a pleasant experience, for the most part. Lounger seat was broken, would not recline, had to sit up straight the entire movie. Theater 2, seat E18 needs to be repaired, not fair I wasn't told or discounted about broken seat. Movie was great though & I have never had problems here before.

My go to movie theater but horrible staff at the concessions, they don’t even care about their customers they’re just straight up rude.

Havent had a bad experience here, the wait time for the pizza does get long but is always warm and delightful. The line for the food does feel a but awkward where its placed but nonetheless its a good experience

Nice seating, generally a good experience. You'll spend a lot more money at concessions than at the ticket booth. Nice loungers for seating.

My favorite theater in the area. Comfortable reclining seats, solid selection of food, snacks, and drinks, and movie club membership and app makes it super simple to watch the best upcoming movies together on opening weekends. Clean theaters with great sound and screens, including XD if you want to spare no expense and get the best experience.

This theater used to be the best. Went today 12/17/23 and the service and theater was the absolute worst. Morning movie goers are met with less than the best experience. We are paying for full food service as well as those later in the day. But that's not the what you get in the am showings. They only had hot dogs and popcorn. No pizza, no chicken strips, just hotdogs. Bathrooms had no paper towels and only 1 out of 4 faucets worked. Men and Women's bathrooms the same. As expensive as it is to go to the movies, one would expect much better quality and service. Clearly, Cinemark Pharr Town Centre cares more about the noontime patrons but to hell with the mornings! Very disappointed!

The theater was nice and clean. The food was readily available and hot. The quality of the sound in the theater was amazing. I was shocked by the grandeur of this theater compared to my home theater in Harlingen. I wish it had studio eats where I could get cheese fries, hamburgers, etc. The luxury chairs were the deciding factor for me to come back again vs my home theater.

Family evening out. Enjoyed immensely. Staff courteous and helpful. Luxurious comfortable seating with built-in drink holder. Reclines. Clean theater. Nice family outing!

Loved it! Seats were great and probably the best when it comes to others around the area as for sits. I don't like to have to go around like a lunch line in school and pick out food and snacks myself because this is worst than a school line. Because some adult are worst than children and like to cut people off the line and by time you try and check out there's a bundle in front of you and u trying to see where the line even starts. It's frustrating cause there's no infrastructure of professionalism by staff. As far as neatness outside the food court, it was great. The fact that it sells alcohol to help with the stress of dealing with the snack line, I'm sure I'll be back.

Friendly staff for the most part. Some of the seating, carpeting, etc...in some of the auditoriums. Especially auditorium 1 is a bit raggedy for the upgraded charge. Otherwise, what you'd expect out of a theater. Not smelly yet. I do hope they fix it up soon otherwise AMC it will be for me.

For my first time being here, i was very confused when the doors opened... I didn't know where to get the tickets... I just followed the crowd. Then to get in line to get the popcorn was even more confusing... I was standing in line to get an alcoholic drink! I only realized it after i looked at the guy just standing there and what was behind him. I then noticed a second line of people followed them and was able to properly pay for the popcorn and snacks, with the help of another mom. I will say, more viewable signs need to be put up. Tickets, popcorn/snacks, and the bar area signs... Otherwise people who are like me, there for the first time, dont know what they are looking at much less for. Other than that it was a very clean place. The seats are awesome. I love how you can lean back all the way. The staff does need to be more upbeat and welcoming... Everyone's tone and attitude was down and not in greeting manner. Restrooms for the women really needed to be cleaned... Not a single stall was clean, the floor was dirty, and the counter area was very wet. Overall, i had an amazing time with my kids in the movie theater! The area was very clean just like the lobby!

It has great service when you want to order food. Also great atmosphere When you go and watch a movie and really good quality for a movie. But there is one thing and it’s the prices of the food like 5 dollars for a bag of takis and 8 or 9 dollar for the drinks and popcorn!

The worse movie theater experience of my life!!! The moment I stepped in the door the floor was very filthy sticky. The floor was so dirty and sticky you could feel your shoes stick to the floor from spilt drinks etc. The sofa counters were covered in spilled icy and drinks! They were clearly understaffed with a long line at concesión stand. The bathroom toilet was overflowing with water. There was cigarette buds on the floor! There was dead cockroaches on the floor or bed bugs not sure. Nasty nasty nasty!!! Super ghetto! Not worth the $100 we spent

Seats are clean and comfortable. The food is good and the beer is always cold. My only biggest problem is the restrooms. I understand that a ton of people are constantly using it, but something is always broken and is a mess. So I try to avoid it when I can.

Concession area was messy and needed to be cleaned, ice machines were full, but didn't dispense. However, the restrooms and theater were clean. Tickets are $11 per person. Maybe a bad night, but the lobby could have been maintained a bit better and the staffing seemed low.

The theater was awesome .👌 And the 3D effects were superb...The place was very clean, and the staff was friendly also...

Beautiful cinema and very clean. Be very cautious when searching for a particular movie. It will take you to a shopping cart for a DIFFERENT Cinemark if the movie is elsewhere. 60 minute round trip wasted.

I bought tickets to see a Japanese movie called Missing ( Sagasu) via the Atom app. I showed up to Cinemark in pharr print my tickets and find out they're showing an entirely different American Movie but with a similar tittle called "Missing". Brought the matter to the attention of the manager and kindly asked for a refund which she refused to do.

Great place. Loved the "D-box" reclining chairs. It vibrated during certain scenarios. Was for sure a good massage. Also love the option of having food delivery to your seat. Great and relaxing theater. Will be waiting movies more often there.

Although this theater is the closest one to my home, it is not my preferred choice of Cinemark Theaters because the facility's seats look ans feel dated. The biggest detraction is the management decision to pre-make enough popcorn to feed an Infantry Battalion, yes there is virtually no wait to get your popcorn, the attendant just scoops up your bucket, but 3 handfuls later your popcorn is cold!

Love the place, great seating, concession is good and the people are friendly. Love the individual recliner seats, they looked a bit worn out though.

Love the fact that they have candy recliner chairs. Plus senior discount and even a discounted day too. They even serve beer now.

Watching movies laying down, I have finally lived!!! So comfortable and spacious seats. Reclining seats at a movie theater, it's about time!

It's always a great place to go and see a movie with family and friends. The only thing is that at the moment, they are not serving the full menu for food. Popcorn and hotdogs, but they are really good.

I love going to the movies with friends and I always have a great experience with service, no problems. The employees are all welcoming. The blonde girl at the register was polite as she took my order and even went out of her way to help me carry my things to the auditorium. She really seemed like she cared and I will definitely continue to visit!

Loved seeing a show early and for free! I really enjoy that the drinks are self serve as you can put as little or as much ice as you want!

I usually have a great experience here but this time around 2 out of the 3 drink dispensers were broken and the only had 1 cashier and 1 person doing the popcorn. Which in turn caused the wait time to skyrocket. All I had was a large drink and popcorn and I waited about 10 min. Making miss the first few minutes of my movie.
