I was never greeted when I entered the store nor was I greeted when I approached the counter, probably due to the employee that was arguing with her spouse on the other side of the counter, eventually somebody came over and scanned my item and told me the total I was also purchasing gas so I thought that was quite rude that it was assumed that that was all I was getting. get your act together you have a nice gas station but terrible employees

After a 2 hour drive, apprx 2:30am, I stopped here for a fountain drink. I was told by the employee that I could not purchase anything because they were running reports. I asked if I could get a fountain drink and pay cash. I was told no, that he wasn’t allowed to give me anything, even if I did leave the proper amount of money. I could have asked for the military free drink, but I didn’t bother. Im sure that would have been an issue too. I always pay for my drinks, instead of whipping out my military ID, like I could since they offer free drinks, but I don’t. I won’t be back at this location or any location ever again. When I used to work at a for their predecessor (Ricker’s) we would just allow the customer to take a fountain drink for their inconvenience, and NOT lose their business/patronage. I offered to leave the money!!!!! Poor choice getGo. I won’t return, and I’ll share my experience with others. 1 fountain drink cost you money. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

They offered 1.78 gas with membership in their club. I pulled in because the gas was 1.88 and I could save 10 cents per gallon. New store. Very bright and clean. But the hook is that you can't immediately sign up for the membership and it actually ties your bank account to the little card. Sorry.

Night shift is amazing! Day shift is usually pretty awesome, but I just left (May 13, 2023 @ approx 1:45pm) and I was trying to use my perks at self checkout. When it didn't go through (despite the fact that I hit redeem points) and I asked for help, no one came over to help, not even the people leaning against the wall. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because it wouldn't be fair to the employees who work here who actually pay attention to their customers and help their customers, not look at them and ignore them.

This was my first time at a GetGo Market and I was really impressed. This is a really nice clean store. Cheap prices and great selection of food and drinks. The guy at the cashier was very friendly and handed me a GetGo advantage card right out of nowhere. I don’t remember his name but he was very friendly. I deducted a star only because the soda had a little too much syrup in it. Other than that, it’s really convenient. This is a must visit if you’re traveling or if you driving to or from the mall. I would definitely recommend.

Horrible people. Got into a traumatic car accident. They captured video on security cams and shared with police and then I asked if I could get a copy too for legal reasons. They refused due to "policy" (which was fine). 2 days later, my accident was on youtube seen by thousands. Thought it was the police at first but then found out that the police hadn't even been given the video yet. Horrible people. Will never come back.

Good selection for a smaller convenient store/ gas station. Has restrooms, 24/7.

Stopped in to get food. No line, not busy. Ended up with microwaved pretzels that got hard before we got back to the truck, cold cheese for the pretzels, tacos were soft and should have been hard shell and cold as well. Cashier messed up on our transaction money wise and did not say anything until my husband asked for a receipt. We will try this place again but not at night time.
