Callum was excellent at explaining what and where the pain was coming from, targetting the effected areas providing advice for after care. I'll be using them again to manage all the little niggles and maintain a level of body health before I end up knackered again! 👍🏻

Caitlyn was great. My back has been in pain for years and she was more than happy to help me. I was actually very nervous and quite scared about acupuncture, but Caitlyn put my mind at ease and she was absolutely brilliant about it. My back instantly felt a lot less tight. Absolutely brilliant. I've been treated by both, Caitlyn and Calum. They both have very different skills, but they both achieve the best results. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, amongst other things, but I feel pain everywhere all of the time. The Recovery Lab know how to keep me mobile. Give them a call, I totally recommend them.
