My husband and I stopped in and sat behind the bar this evening. The girl tending the bar had several other tables plus to go orders as well as the phone ringing and the still gave us 10/10 service. She even had a door dasher get rude with her and she handled it rather gracefully. She never stopped moving the entire time we visited. Edinburgh Applebee's is lucky to have her, wish we had caught her name! She had long blonde hair and a can do attitude!

Great experience on 4/21/22. Food was out very quickly, and the petite sirloin was cooked perfectly. Waitress (can't remember her name unfortunately) was great! I was in and out in under 30 minutes on a Thursday night.

Really cool interior. I DoorDash a lot and have never seen the inside of an Applebees like this. Very open, I have a feeling this Applebees has a bit more floor space than most but it’s very spacious. Has a great vibe to it.

We had the new Cheeto wings and they were in a hot buffalo sauce and the menu doesn’t say spicy. Also they look nothing like the menu. They have some crumbs from the bottom of a bag on it.

Bad service and awful food, got our food and had to wait over 10 minutes on silver wear, then steak came out well done when I asked for medium rare so I sent it back

Our waitress was horrible. She brought 2 of the 3 drinks cause she forgot what our daughter was drinking. When she was told what it was she was like oh I left it at the bar. She only checked on us once and she brought us the wrong drinks and added extra sugar in the tea. It was very gross. It was like she was almost high or something. Our food was cold and didn't taste good at all. We will most likely not eat there again.

Waitress was great, restaurant and restroom were clean. Food was tasty. Chicken wonton tacos and whiskey bacon burger are delicious! Will definitely come back to this location next time I'm at the outlet mall.

Ordered boneless Buffalo chicken as appetizers, and it was crunchy and hard to chew. For dinner, I ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, which was another letdown. Chicken was flavorless and chewy, and the plate didn't look nothing like the picture. Mashed potatoes definitely tasted different overall, although service was great, food, on the other hand, was terrible.

My husband and I went in for a date. Only one waitress and one bartender working. Our appetizers came out within about 15 minutes. We sat there for 30 minutes with out our bar drinks. I had to approached the bartender to ask her what was going on. Because our waitress was nowhere in sight. The bartender got extremely rude with me and she told me that she would get to my drinks whenever she can! I have the names but I'm not going to put them on here. The waitress did nothing but complaining about her job the whole time. Says she was there since open. Never saw a manager in sight. When we get get our bar drinks, the Bahama Mama was so watered down that it tasted like I was drinking a Capri Sun. Never got any apologies or anything. Needless to say, we will never be back.

Not to any fault of the bartender by any stretch of the imagination! She was clearly short staffed and the place was getting slammed. However, there were insects in my drink (they made a fresh one) and my burger still had paper attached to it.

One of seven got their food on the first try. Our Server said she had to go outside to get some air. The rest of us got cool food since it was done, but not served. One couldn't eat hers at all. My steak was way over cooked verse my order. My shrimp, and a child's corn dog were the only hot items served. Our bills were totally messed up. We just paid cash to each other, to fix our receipts. It seemed to be short staffed? The restaurant was very clean.

One of my least favorite experiences. Visited twice in the last week and a half, both times it seemed understaffed. Wait was 30 minutes (place was nearly empty), and unfortunately staff treated guests fairly rude, as if all guests were a burden to the business. Unlike the Applebee's 15 minutes south of here in Columbus (which had great atmosphere and friendly staff), the staff and atmosphere did not meet expectations. Never written a bad review of a place, but I wouldn't this place again.

Had the Bourbon street sirloin and mashed potatoes. Tasted a little too garlicky with hardly any mushrooms but plenty of onions. Portion size was small. Wouldn't get again but my drink was yummy!

I ordered an 8 ounce sirloin and it was terrible and easily the worst steak I ever had. It was tough as shoe leather and it was inedible. It was like a thick cut round steak. Just horrible I ended up dumping it in the trash. I had one bite and couldn’t even chew it. The got my mothers order wrong and didn’t even give her her Broccoli. I guess on a Tuesday night they don’t care about quality or customer service. I am so bad I won’t ever go back to any Applebees and will tell everyone I know that it is a worse option than mcDonald’s. Next time I have to pic a place for a casual dinning meeting with members of the state of Colorado I will make sure we won’t go to Applebees. I would have been embarrassed to let that food leave the kitchen. They deserve a zero and I hope the go out of business. Hopefully corporate will hear this and straighten that place out and replace the incompetent staff.

My daughter and I decided to have a day out, we took an approximate 1 hour drive to Edinburgh premium Mall, we did a little shopping and decided that dinner would be nice. We decided to go to Applebee's which was just across the street. We were immediately seated and it didn't take long for our waitress to come to our table. At this time it wasn't very crowded but the look on our waitress face showed exhaustion. Nonetheless she was very kind, she approached her table as previously stated she provided her name, ask how we were, and proceeded to take our drink order. She returned to see if we were thinking about an appetizer and at the time we were not, we were still reviewing the menu. We settled on two for $25, my daughter is 14 so this was perfect. We shared cheese sticks which she absolutely loves, she had a cheeseburger I had the 6 oz sirloin paired with broccoli and fries. My daughter's burger came with fries as well. I can't complain much about how long we waited for food, we almost got it too fast. Seems like we have the cheese sticks in no time but honestly they were fresh and pretty dog gone good. Not long after we received our dinner, by now I could feel a little tooth pain so I ate just a bit of my broccoli and fries but I refuse to touch the sirloin. As for my daughter's Burger, bun was a little hard, perhaps they attempted to toasted. The meat itself wasn't very flavorful but with a lot of ketchup that 14-year-old was content. Our waitress was very consistent in checking on us which I could appreciate, the only downside is that I would have to request certain things that, otherwise you wouldn't, such as place setting, napkins etc. She was always gracious and pillow so we tipped 40% of the bill.

This is by far worse service ever... They weren't busy waited 10 minutes to get seated waitress didn't write down our orders messed it up. My daughter food had hair in it, my streak was so tough no taste to it burnt asked to speak to the manager no manger their. NASTY place..... RUDE staff.... Waitress name was Samantha.

Now this place knows how to make ribs!!! Good sides as well!! Ditch Montana Mike's and go here for actually tasteful ribs not smothered in sauce🤘

The bread stick was hard enough to drive in a mail and the noodles were cool. Chicken was good. I tried to use an Applebees coupon and their website would not take it.

I dined for lunch today and it was amazing - the server was friendly, quick, and the place was clean. Very happy with this location. Thanks Applebee's for the good food!

Bartender doesn’t know how to make a Long Island Tea. Minimal draft and bottled beer selection. Understaffed to accommodate larger groups. Very sad compared to Applebees from my hometown!

Maybe they were having an off day, however, there was only three tables occupied. And we still waited 5 minutes to be seated. The waitress was not that nice, and we were without drinks numerous times. All in all a not so good experience.

I was somewhat surprised by my experience at Applebee's. There was wait to be seated and once we were the booth was not cleaned very well. There was food on the seat and our waitress was nowhere to be found so I cleaned it myself. Our waitress when she finally did come to our table was unfriendly and not very accommodating. I ordered a Pepsi and it tasted more like water so I requested a lemonade instead however she still charged me for the bad Pepsi. The food was just ok but there again the order wasn't correct and rather than send it back like the Pepsi I just ate it. It was not the cleanest Applebee's I've ever been to and I'm not sure I'd go back again.

Saturday mid afternoon. Maybe a dozen people inside. Coffee served cold. How can that happen? Had to wait while more was made. Server was nice enough. Food was fine except for a plate of broken chips.
