Stayed here because hurricane Idalia was set to hit our hometown. Staff was very kind and accommodating and the best part is that they are a pet friendly establishment! It's so hard to find lodging that will welcome your dogs without charging exorbitant fees. Rooms were clean, spacious and a/c was cold! We couldn't have picked a better place in the circumstances.

My family reserved 3 rooms this past weekend , the service and customer service was excellent. The accommodations were HORRIBLE. Full breakfast as expected was reduced to a continental breakfast.(dining area closed) Unfortunately for us the 3 rooms reserved for us were rooms that were previously, reported and acknowledged by housekeeping as having deplorable odors that despite cleaning would not subside, these same specified rooms were sited for maintenance intervention from what I understand (possible pipe clearing/ cleaning etc. ) Why were these rooms not just listed but were the ones reserved for my family. Getting there after an extensive road trip found all of us too exhausted to complain at the time, however, the next morning conversations and complaints were made regarding breakfast expectations and room conditions. In fact we attempted some cleaning and deodorizing of our own

We stayed in May 2023 and although not expecting luxury, we certainly didn't expect walking into a room saturated with the smell of weed! When we mentioned to two staff that we couldn't stay in the room, they did agree to have give us another room but the staff themselves looked liked they'd not slept and one was wearing back PJ's with skulls on! Breakfast at 8:30 was totally non-existant.... It's sad because the rooms themselves are pretty decent and spacious but the inn is let down by the staff, who couldn't even be bothered to replenish breakfast, at the very least. My advice: try and find another place to stay.

Love this place The front desk representative was friendly and very knowledgeable. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. There's plenty of parking and yes they are pet friendly. No problems here I will definitely return at a later date and this would be my number one choice. I would definitely recommend because it's quiet, It is still an awesome place to stay! Southern hospitality.

Not a clean hotel. My teenaged daughter asked for a broom to sweep under the cough and beds. There were ramen noodles under the cough and a lighter and other trash under the beds. There were unknown substances on the walls in the bathroom and bedrooms. It served as a safe place to get away from the hurricane in Florida, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything else. Also, no elevator to get to the second floor. That is not explained until after you check in. There was an elderly lady who did struggle a bit to get up the stairs.

Edited 10/6 So you want more details okay..The room wasn’t clean..Bathroom was dirty sink and mirror and soap scum all over it.Shower still had hair in it Microwave and fridge wasn’t clean. Only reason didn’t change room my wife makes sure I’m prepared to clean the room if it’s not…And to top it all off the breakfast was a joke. Tbh The lady at the front desk is the only reason I didn’t give a 1
