family
reserved

rooms
this
past
weekend
,
the
service
and
customer
service
was
excellent.
The
accommodations
were
HORRIBLE.
Full
breakfast
as
expected
was
reduced
to
a
continental
breakfast.(dining
area
closed)
Unfortunately
for
us
the
3
rooms
reserved
for
us
were
rooms
that
were
previously,
reported
and
acknowledged
by
housekeeping
as
having
deplorable
odors
that
despite
cleaning
would
not
subside,
these
same
specified
rooms
were
sited
for
maintenance
intervention
from
what
I
understand
(possible
pipe
clearing/
cleaning
etc.
)
Why
were
these
rooms
not
just
listed
but
were
the
ones
reserved
for
my
family.
Getting
there
after
an
extensive
road
trip
found
all
of
us
too
exhausted
to
complain
at
the
time,
however,
the
next
morning
conversations
and
complaints
were
made
regarding
breakfast
expectations
and
room
conditions.
In
fact
we
attempted
some
cleaning
and
deodorizing
of
our
own
