Starting out this company was decent but within the past year it has been one issue after another between my husband’s ring and my ring. They never come back on time and if they do the issue is not resolved and it has to be sent out again. The associates seem as if they don’t care nor do they appreciate you as a customer. Been waiting over a month for my husband’s ring to be returned and my own ring they sent it out to replace the missing diamond and did not even replace the missing diamond and they send it out again. Another instance I recently had the rhodium dipped service and my rings’ diamond was missing so they had to send it out again.

All the store personnel I have interacted with are very pleasant and professional. It's very relaxing and no pressure. It is a pleasure to do business. I apologize for not remembering their names, but all of them are very good. Thank you.

On October 22, 2023 we meet Haley (sales representative) states the sales which were 25% off $1499 and 35% off $1599 last day sells event. At the end of the sell Haley stated that all solitaire rings were only 20% off. Kay Jewelers please train your employees to provide better information about your product moving forward LOST A SELL!

Went into Dothan Kay Jewelers in Wiregrass Commons Mall to get my six month inspections done on my jewelry. There was one employee on the floor and instead of her stopping what she was doing she ignored me and I had to wait for someone to come out of their back room to wait on me. Tara never even informed anyone I was there but when someone else walked in after me she stopped what she was doing left customer repairs on the counter unattended and waited on the other people

I want to say THANK YOU for the AMAZING LADIES at Kay! They helped me with picking out my new wedding bands but any concerns I had.. They were amazing to help me with my granddaughter’s gift and even when they called to let me know it was in, they remembered that I was in the hospital and asked how I was doing.. Our experience at Kay Jewelers as well as help from Michelle was fantastic. Not only was her knowledge able to guide my wife and I to find our desired rings, she created an atmosphere that settled our anxiety of finding the perfect fit. Will definitely be back in the future.
