I had to go straight Karen on "Cierra". This is not the first time this has happened but l was short changed because "they didn't have the correct number amount of change in the drawer" ok well that ain't my fault so y'all should be giving me more instead of less especially ìf it's a few cents which is what I've always done cause that's not the customers fault. It wouldn't have been a big deal if it had been the first time. I'm not one to say anything but by this time I was like ok something ain't right. I politely mentioned it to the cashier and she immediately got an attitude. I will add that in this particular juncture in my life which is normally pretty chill cause we're all human, your attitude is the last thing you want me to encounter. They were "out" of the one thing my daughter wanted and she tried to charge and give me the wrong order. I also mentioned the second they opened the window a strong smell of weed was present. All of the above immediately warrants a call to your manager. How about Cierra is gonna start yelling at me and HUNG UP ON ME. And accused me of smoking weed with my kid in the car! I immediately called back and was hung up on before they even answered. At this point I'm livid and was going to blow the phone up until someone answered. A very nice male manager (wish I'd gotten his name cause he needs a raise- Taco Bell please let him know I appreciate him and he handled the situation phenomenally) took the time to listen and asked what I would like done cause they've had several complaints about Cierra. I told him to do whatever he sees fit but he said it would be made known to the higher chain. Just want to say thank you to him and the sweet lady who is usually at the window. She is always so polite. But Cierra is in the wrong field and honestly with that attitude I don't think there's a field for her! This is our favorite taco bell and the two sweet employees are the only reason we'll be back. That's my Karen story of the day. Don't attitude with a mom mid-December just trying to get through the holidays!

Okay so I’ve been to Taco Bell a few times to say the least. I’m a bit of a foody. I enjoy very good food and service. I know what I am going for and what I expect when I go to Taco Bell, quick and cheap. This particular Taco Bell is so well managed that I cannot talk it up enough. Food, exactly right every time. Hot. Fresh and never incorrect. I’ve now visited this Taco Bell 9 times just to see if the service and food stays the same and every time I come; I am impressed. Good job and thank you. I’m looking forward to my next few dozen visits.

Food was good. Ordered through drive through. Only ordered 3 bean and rice burrito's. Only one customer inside. Saw 5 employees working. We waited 10 minutes for our order, then they came to window and asked us to pull up and they would bring out the order! At that time we said just refund our money. Then all the sudden seems order was coming out!

Placed a pick up order. Glad I checked my bag in the car. 1 bag couldn't have held all that I ordered anyway. Missing multiple items. Everything was very sloppily put together. Potatoes were overcooked. Things added that I asked to be kept off. Will not go back to this location again.

Bad customer service. I ordered a supreme crunchy taco wrap and got a mayo spread of beef on it, barely nothing. So I told the employee there, he told the food maker, and she came out with little cup of meat, and said if you want extra we can give it to you, but we made it the way we make it back here. We spread the meat on there.I peeled the layers and saw what looked like a spread of mayo amount of meat. I said shouldn't it look like the picture advertised? She handed me the little cup of meat, and fussed as she walked away. That very rude. She could have just offered to remake it. For this I can't give you any stars, thanks Taco Bell. 😎

Now one thing I want to say about this place I stopped his restaurant not to eat but to use the restroom and I tell you this the employees in there are very thoughtful and friendly it came to a nice pleasant surprise one of the employees but my nephew some of their new fries and it was good this Taco Bell and Dothan was clean and refresh I really appreciate that

Really nice staff. I ordered like $40 worth of food through a mobile order and they got everything but the power bowl, when I went back to get it they were super apologetic and immediately fixed a fresh one for me. Please be nice to their staff, they work hard to try and give you hot crispy food! 😊

Don't bother ordering from here, either drive there so you can check the bag or get your food somewhere else. They're constantly leaving out items or sending wrong items. It happens so often that we're worried about whether or not doordash thinks we're scammers. It's good enough food when it's right but it's not worth the trouble.

I mean you come here for the food. You don't really expect service. Dining in well. One of the two kiosks did not work so we had to wait at the front counter for about 5 minutes. Some of the tables were of course dirty. But the drink machine area is what stands out as the worst part. Every button is crusty. The drain has black mold and it's very questionable. So I took a pass on the drink machine this time around.

Food was hot , service was quick and polite.

Although the service was well delivered an timely they forgot a part of my order causing me to have to go back to taco bell and go inside to Explain the issue to have it resolved... Long story short it inconvenienced me by taking up that much more of my time that I had something I was headed to go do once I left taco bell the first time

Super long wait and as you know if you read my reviews, I am a door dasher and with a super long wait it is not good for my pockets. I would like somehow someway maybe for Dashers to be able to communicate with the restaurant so they would know it if we are sitting still we are not making any money we do not get paid hourly, and if they could help us out and have our food ready when we go in, that would be amazing

This Taco Bell is more efficient and faster than the Taco Bell closer to where I work. The Taco Bell close to where I work never has what I want but this Taco Bell seems to always have it. Thank you guys for being the most phenomenal Taco Bell ever

I do not understand the attitude that the folks working here have. It's like welcome to taco bell can we take your order. Not that it matters what you order we gonna treat you like you owe us. I mean come on. If working in public makes your inner childish habit shine thru....then just don't. Find you a field of work that makes you happy. Very disappointing visit. Each time I been there very disappointing. Staff blows chucks and managers are no better. Will not visit again.

Whoever was working on the night of 12/1/23, lower thier pay to minimum wage & give them complimentary brain scans… All I asked for was a Supreme crunch wrap with my Nacho box… I got a burrito instead with my Nacho box. These people aren’t mentally well. 1 simple item & they can’t figure it out.

Quick & friendly service. The food was awesome, and the staff was very attentive.

Severely understaffed for it to be cinco de mayo. Waited 30 minutes and no one even looked at me. Staff was throwing boxes around in the back and cussing. Don’t go to this Taco Bell in Dothan, AL

Every time we come here they are slow and food is always wrong or missing. Not to mention the strange attitudes they don’t welcome you or anything This time I ordered fiesta potatoes no sour cream and a dorito taco. I got first potatoes with sour cream after I asked for no sour cream and no fork to eat them with . Dorito taco was broke in pieces before I could even eat it. Do better I couldn’t eat until I got home and got a fork. Not to mention the employee basically put his head in our truck at the window. Very odd. If he would have gotten any closer the would have been in the truck. After waiting at the window he then comes up to us and ask what we had? 0 stars get it together it’s not hard.

Ordered on the app like I've done a hundred times. I went to pick up through the drive thru and the employee told me it wasn't showing up in their system to drive around and wait. Well I did that and then went back thru and same thing happens again. Instead of helping me trying to fix the issue they ignored me and wanted me to just order at the speaker and pay even though I already paid for my food. Lol Ridiculous. All I wanted was some help and not to be ignored but I instead was treated like an annoyance and inconvenience and like it was my fault.

This comment is for all the Taco Bells. I have been getting the Beefy Melts for a while now, and it seems the put less crunch inside and too much mooshy rice. Makes not want to go there anymore. It's seems like when a new place is built they make everything perfect but after the start up is complete and the management isn't making sure things are being done correctly anymore they just make it how they want. Too bad the restaurants can't stay new and have people make things as they were intended.

No lettuce. Took a minute to get food. Out of two items on menu. I wonder if they can not keep product on hand then the new one they have built by south side wal mart will it be out of product also as soon as it opens. My tacos had very little meat and just about no cheese. I think I bought and paid for tortillas. LOL.

This is the taco Bell to go to in Dothan. They didn't skimp on proportions, food was hot, and came out fast. The customer service is refreshing because this area lacks friendly and hardworking people in the dining industry. Manager was Kedran and she had this store running superbly. Taquisha needs a raise because she's what customer service should be.

Had to wait until the drive through was served before we got our order. People in the drive through parked out front after placing and paying for their order. They were served before anything else was done.

Worst Taco Bell ever. I’ve tried coming here multiple times and always leave unhappy. Staff is always rude and unpleasant to deal with and my order has been wrong on multiple occasions. This time none of the items in my order have sour cream despite me paying extra to make them “supreme”

questionable nutty flavor in the crunch wrap and mysterious soda soup under the drink machine cold and unmelted cheese uncooked tortillas also the cashier had both airpods in, honestly impressive 2 stars because it was funny

This taco bell is the best one in Dothan on the Northside of town. Workers try their best instead of staying in the back. It's more accessible to get in and out of that the others as well. Would rather go to this one than the others no matter where else I'm was going in town.

They need to correct online services for this location! If I order online and select the drive through as my pick up, it clearly states that order will be prepared once driver pulls up to drive through and state their name not soon as I press submit to place order!!!!

Very dissatisfied.I ordered a chalupa and it was basically empty.There was barely any chicken ,lettuce ,and quite frankly anything on the inside.This is just pure laziness.
