Reluctant staff and I see that all the washer and dryer were out of service except one. No one was willing to take responsibility to fix it. Also they assure on paper free stuff and utensils but when I requested nothing was available. Absolutely non chalant staff unwilling to do any kind of service except for one senior lady who was the sole saving grace in the team

I came on a business holiday here and these are my humble thoughts. I must start with staff and hospitality. I was checked in and checked out by Chrystal. She was kind, helpful and very well spoken. The manager - Jasbir was actually a very informative person. He took care of any extra concerns with my stay and always helped with business enquiries. So I'm sending a shout-out to the staff members especially Chrystal, Sheri, Jasbir and Juan The hotel itself was wonderful; it was quiet, the rooms were clean and I was given dishware and cookware for the kitchenette in my room. The room service staff clean the rooms well which was awesome. The area itself feels safe since it's in an industrial area. And I got a GREAT rate for my long term stay of over 1 month. Nevertheless, it's fair to say that I will actually be interested in staying here again. It's affordable and a lot of value for money. There is free breakfast, toiletries and kitchen amenities; YES! I've seen a lot of families come to the hotel because they moving, seen a lot of essential workers like construction workers and it overall is a friendly area with lots of friendly people. The only bad thing is that the halls sometimes smell of weed or animal urine. I was told that the smokers do smoke weed sometimes and we can't really control what people smoke outside the premises. The hotel is a smoke free one, but pets are allowed. I think some guests let their pets do whatever they want for some reason. But then it's expected that some people are going to be inconsiderate. That's all for my review. Hope it helps all. Much love, From London

Okay, visited there for 3 months stay. Room service for every 2 weeks. The front desk is supportive. Breakfast is not so good, no change in it everyday same thing as coffee/muffins/bars and oats. Bored of it. Only for location it is good. Bring your own groceries and cook in the kitchen.

Pros: Staff was courteous. Safe area, close to plenty of retail and restaurants. Cons: Room and furniture were dated, dusty and worn. Walls in need of paint. Carpet heavily stained. Bathroom sink and floor had cigarette burns. Called before my stay and requested a coffee pot for in room use. When we arrived we were told there were none available but there would be one available the next day. Never received it.

Stayed here recently for the first time while traveling with dogs. Good location as it was quiet and had space enough to safely walk my dogs. Has a plaza next door with good food options and can safely walk over, bonus, has a walk in clinic too for emergencies. Rooms were fair but again traveling with dogs so limited, but again, great for that alone. Spacious room everything worked and you could open the windows for fresh air. Friendly staff too!!

When traveling with 2 small Chihuahuas it is expensive. Nice room, clean. Staff seemed to not want to be there, i.e. seemed to be "put out" when you asked for something for the room. Breakfast was muffins and coffee.

The staff is unbelievable. They went Above and beyond to help me with any request(s). Always greeted me with a good morning or good night. I would definitely stay here again. Plus I will recommend this location to my family, friends etc.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Starting with the front desk clerk named Jasmin! She was rude and could care less about her job or the customers. Didn’t even look up to make eye contact with me when speaking. Then I entered my room to find roaches and bugs. I left immediately to inform them. She again did not care. When asked for a manager, stated no one was available. I left right after I demanded my refund! Do not stay there!!!!

Located near I-287. Staff was very welcoming. Garbage bags provided on request. Average WiFi. Laundry dryer works on credit card.

I just met a lovely employee by the name of Jasmine. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. I have a reservation for tomorrow, but I wanted to see what rooms were available what they looked like. Jasmine went above and beyond and showed me two rooms and answered all questions that I had. I highly recommend staying here especially if Jasmine is working.!!!!!

Very basic. Staff seemed to be rushing us out. Called the room an hour prior to checkout. Very unusual practice.

Never expected the hotel to be so comfortable. All rooms have kitchen. Prices are cheap. Manger sheri was so nice she gave a very good deal while extending the hotel. I stayed for 10 days, it was comfortable. 5 star for hotel and staff response. 4 star for cleaning. At first glance you might feel it should have cleaned better and shower water is not good.

The service at this location rated five stars. Extended Stay America at Somerset, NJ gave me a peace of mind, so I can do my work. I never had to think about or ask questions with my billing, room getting clean, and maintenance repairs. They take care of this location and the guests. Grateful for the staff at this location, they take care of the needs for guests.

Arrived with a confirmed and prepaid reservation. They sold out and left 3 people handing around without alternates. Receptionist barely spoke English and couldn’t care to assist anyone with alternate reservations.

The location is good... Everything else is meh. Clean and quite room. We were the rowdy ones with little ones running around. Free breakfast is muffins. Some rooms looked really run down with occupants actually on an extended stay. Wouldn't recommend venturing out alone. And yes cops in and out frequently.

BEWARE!!!! They will change their prices and charge you a higher rate without you even noticing. Manager Jasbir Singh is shady ! He was the one who came and changed my night rate after an employee had honored their own online pricing. Went I went to check my credit card I saw he had ran it for a higher amount when I went to confront him on the huge difference in pricing he started throwing hands and yelling and left me waiting while he went in an office to yell at the lady who had offer us the same night rate as the one on their website. Contacted customer service to report the problem and was told the district manager was going to call me and never did.

Edit: I see the hotel responded to me but has failed to offer me any type of compensation for the distress I had to experience. Just left this hotel 5 minutes after checking in. The reviews about “guests” hanging out in the hallways on the floor are accurate. I am a young woman who was traveling alone. I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable when I noticed all of the strange people in the hallway who happened to be loitering directly outside of the room that was assigned to me. I have a feeling these people are not guests but rather residents, but neither the hotel nor third party websites will disclose this to you. Inside the room, it was dark, dingy, and smelled bad. The refrigerator was DISGUSTING. The room smelled musty and there were greasy fingerprints all over the counters. Surfaces were broken and chipped. I tried to find someone at the desk before walking out to demand a refund but could not find any employees. I checked in at 9pm and had left the property by 9:07 pm on the same day.

I was initially going to stay the full 3 months, but after seeing the place I’m only staying until I can move on elsewhere. Yes the price is great but then I see why. I was initially given a room on the second floor. Upon exiting the elevator, the hallway reeks of mixture of cigarettes, mold, grease and just awful smell. Then when the room was even worse. The floor has stain, the smell was awful, it smelled like mold and cigarettes. THe air was off so the room was hot, the curtain was broken. So then I’ll told the front desk I want starting, she then proceeded to show me another room on the first floor, it looked ten times better with a wood floor this time. It still smelled like cigarettes. But since I already had all my luggage in the car I decided to stay. After examining the room, I found the microwave was dirty, that left me asking if the room was cleaned in a rush. Someone came to clean it and I cleaned the floor and bathroom myself. Also, I don’t know how often they empty the trash room, it is located on the opposite end from my room, anyway, the last time I brought my trash, the room was overflowing with bags of trash, the door was being push with trash and worked close all the way because trash bag were at the door and pulled up all the way to the ceiling. I have never seen this at any place before. This place is dirty. I works never recommend anyone staying here Oh, the coffee is terrible!!! I don’t know if it’s even coffee.

Hotel was subpar, one of those places where “it’ll have to do”. The place is sketchy as heck at night, police there , people standing at all the exterior doors just super weird & makes you feel uneasy. Weird people hanging around the halls , constantly hearing either arguing or barking. The rooms were alright at most. One of my towels had an ash mark , the other stains . Bedsheets smelled weird & dirty lunch box found in the cabinet. Goes to show they literally make the bed and maybe sweep. Bathroom counter had burn marks as if it was used as an ash tray. Honestly unimpressed & wouldn’t recommend .

Very unsatisfactory--no heat; no blanket on bed; no additional blankets available (we slept in clothes including coats); phone to front desk disabled; corridors smelly; outside entrances with trash not cleaned up. Clearly cost-saving at work and making for highly unsatisfactory stay. DO NOT Stay there.

Run from this place. You might be better off sleeping in your car. Dirty hallways, stairways, and room. Scratched, chipped, low quality furniture that may have come from Goodwill. Terrible mattress, linens, and a practically non existent blanket. I moved to the sonesta directly across the street for the same price and was sooo much more impressed.
