The ambience is calm. So a good place to sit, and study/work. Didn't like the coffee though. The latte was not creamy enough...felt a bit watery. Maybe I should have tried some Turkish drink? P.S. The place is right opposite a bus stop (route number 1). P.S. When I went (early 2020), Yelp app gets you a 1$ discount on coffee here.

Had a terrible experience here. My wife and I walked in and were the only people in the building besides the two workers. We ordered two drinks and went to pay, but something was off with the credit card reader so the check out was flashing error messages continually. When I attempted to tell the young woman helping me with the transaction she became more and more rude. She kept saying "Oh, you''ll get through it" in an increasingly condescending tone. I was simply trying to tip her and her coworker, which is ironic, and I wish I hadn't now. Once I got through the transacation, I stepped back and away from the young woman to diffuse the situation. She stood there angrily for a few moments and then stormed off to the back. I'm having a hard time thinking of when I've received ruder customer service. The young man who made our coffees was very polite, and the coffees were fine, but there's no way I'm walking in to be treated that rudely again.

I really like this coffee, everything is good there ... They have different kinds of milk and also they have a nice place to buy some handmade presents. The coffee is amazing and the service there is so especial, the place smell so good. I tried the hemp milk and it was awesome with my coffee so tasting - the food options are good, they have kombucha too.

Very cute, friendly, and local coffee shop with sweet & savory morning treats. Loved the side area selling local soaps, textiles, and ceramics!

Very hippie coffee spot. One of the few places that serve hemp milk. Hidden gem in a nice neighborhood.

Went here for coffee a couple weeks ago and we were really disappointed by the weak, weird tasting coffee. I got a latte and my boyfriend got a mocha. Mine tasted like watery pinto bean cooking broth and his was just warm cocoaey sugar water. No real coffee flavor. We took a few sips, threw them away, and got some better coffee a few blocks away. 2 stars instead of 1 because the location was clean and comfortable looking at least, and we didn't try any of the pastries--so can't speak to them.

Turkish coffee is very delicious. I recommend trying it. For reference I usually drink latte with no added sugar or syrup and I enjoyed their Turkish coffee with 1 sugar. It’s strong and have just a hint of sweetness. Would be great if they have an option to add spices to their coffee. I’ve been to some Turkish coffee shop which offered spices and to my surprise, it was very good! The shop was clean and nice. Good for working or studying there.

It's a cozy little place. The mocha was good, not overly sweet or undersweet. Our barista was very friendly and engaging. I had the coffee cake and I wish the option to warm it up was available as it seemed rather dry and hard. There is patio dining and dogs are welcome to sit outside with you but are not permitted inside. They also offer "doggo treats." My only complaint/suggestion would be to turn down the heat as it felt like a sauna inside making it rather uncomfortable to enjoy your drink and food.

Excited to discover this spot tucked in on the other side of the hill! The barista was super nice & made me a great cortado. Excited to try Armistice beans, which he offered to grind for me. Next time I will bring a friend for a walk after a meal, & get the Turkish coffee.
