I'm
really
frustrated,
I
brought
my
rolex
as
there
was
steam
due
to
some
water
that
got
in
apparently,
not
sure
how
and
I
took
it
to
"Porcello,
in
Bellevue
WA"
which
is
supposed
to
be
a
certified
rolex.
I
was
told
they
would
need
to
open
it
up,
serviced,
I
decided
to
replace
the
Crystal
and
the
gaskets.
Today
when
I
picked
it
up,
assisted
by
David,
who
said
nothing,
handed
over
the
watch
and
said
its
this
much
(1400),
then
I
noticed
the
dial
was
severely
stained,
I
asked
if
they
were
not
able
to
clean
it,
he
said
let
me
ask,
then
without
going
anywhere
he
said
well
it
was
the
water.
I
asked
why
there
was
no
phone
call
to
me
saying
the
dial
got
damaged
etc.
Nothing.
I
dont
know
if
they
simply
did
NOT
do
the
job
right
on
top
of
bad
customer
service
for
sure...I
now
have
to
shop
around
to
understand
what
the
happened.
UPDATE:
I
intended
to
share
my
updated
review
weeks
ago.
Upon
returning
home
on
the
day
I
picked
up
my
watch,
I
received
a
call
from
Jason
at
the
Jeweler
store.
We
had
a
constructive
conversation
about
the
incident,
emphasizing
their
commitment
to
addressing
my
dissatisfaction
and
improving
communication.
Jason
discussed
specific
actions
to
enhance
client
expectations
based
on
my
experience,
offering
me
various
options
and
recommendations.
I
appreciate
the
proactive
follow-up
and
am
reassured
by
the
reputation
of
their
skilled
watchmaker
in
the
area.
