    The service here is awful since the pandemic! The lobby is supposedly open, but if you try the doors during the posted times on the sign, the doors are locked most of the time. You have no choice but to use the drive thru and your order is rarely correct. If you’re missing an item or want to get it corrected, you have to get back in the drive thru line that is halfway around the building and takes another 20 minutes or more to get through. Tonight (8/17), we ordered 2 blizzards and a vanilla kiddie cup. We were missing the kiddie cup and of course the doors were locked. We pulled up to the drive thru speaker and told them what we were missing and asked if they could meet us at the door with the cup. The girl replied the lobby was closed. We questioned if they expected us to wait in line another 20 minutes while our other ice cream melted, please just meet us at the door with our missing item and we will be on our way. The girl repeated lobby was closed and if we wanted our missing item we would have to wait in line AGAIN. No offer to remake our blizzards, refund, nothing. What kind of service is this? They need to come up with a better system for these scenarios instead of making customers wait because the staff messed up. Update 8/22/23-Things are still not better. Have tried to go twice in the last year for blizzards. The store hours list a closing time of 10pm; however, we have gone twice at 9pm and were told they were already closed. I give up, just take your business down the road a bit to Bobby’s in Maryville. It is local and a better product all the way around!

    Slow service and staff AND management are not helpful at all!!! It’s not my fault my app wasn’t working and it’s not theirs either, but to make me wait 10 min in line and another 7-10 min trying to get my app to work and no one helping me whatsoever is rude and unprofessional! I didn’t even get my order! I was so mad! This is not the first time that this location has disappointed me. Last time the fries were cold and stale and the chicken strips were very small and the gravy bowl was filled halfway!

    The manager up there is a rude little girl and was very unprofessional. I waited 30 MINUTES ON A PIECE OF TOAST YALL. And she had the audacity to yell at me saying they had other orders ahead of mine??? How did you give me my chicken strip basket with no toast and then call me impatient and rude. TERRIBLE management and TERRIBLE employees. Employees were doing nothing but flirting and standing around talking about drama. This place needs

    Ordered a Choco brownie extreme and a Reese's blizzard. Got a pumpkin pie and a heath bar blizzard, after waiting for 15 minutes at the window. Hate pumpkin pie and heath. Blizzards melted before I got two blocks away. Trash tier. Edit: what a noncommittal, useless response. I assure you, I will -never- be back.

    This is the worst DQ I have every been too! Every time I have been there in the last six months they are either out of ice cream or no one answers the speaker. I see the owner post on here all the time. Do care about making money? Each time I saw 10 cars leave the line before I finally did with 10 cars waiting in line. Also, covid ended over a year ago and the lobby is still not open. Get a grip and stop apologizing, take some accountability for your store. I will never go back to this store while you own it.

    Every time we go to this location it’s extremely slow and they never get the order right. Either they mess the order up or overcook the food or both. This past Saturday we went through drive thru and ordered two blizzards. The one was a large Royal New York cheese cake blizzard. Got home and what they did was squirt some strawberry filling on top of a Oreo cookie blizzard and shipped it. Are you kidding me? The level of incompetence and lack of even basic care or common sense is staggering. Don’t even bother complaining. The managers will give you attitude for pointing out their mistakes.

    We got a four and six piece chicken tender basket. We had to wait a very long time for our food which we thought that meant it would be super fresh. Nope! Fries were old and the chicken tenders were overcooked in what tasted like old oil. The toast and ranch were yummy. Best part was the staff. The three ladies we encountered smiled and were very kind and friendly.
