Wanted
to
bring
a
broken
samsonite
suitcase
to
this
shop
as
this
shop
is
supposed
to
be
a
genuine
samsonite
dealer.
Bought
it
in
my
home
country
(not
belgium)
9
years
ago
(still
under
warranty).
First
the
shop
owner
refused
to
even
look
at
it.
After
arguing,
that
he
was
a
genuine
samsonite
dealer,
he
offered
me
to
look
at
it,
if
I
paid
35
Euro.
I
asked
him
for
his
name
as
I
wanted
to
complain
to
Samsonite,
which
he
refused
arguing
I
"was
not
the
police".
Furthermore
he
threatened
me
by
saying
in
french
"be
careful
what
you
are
doing".
Will
buy
4
more
suitcases
for
my
younger
son
within
the
next
months,
but
NEVER
EVER
in
this
store.
Reply:
you
should
stay
with
the
facts:
I
turned
up
with
2
suitcases,
one
of
which
still
was
under
warranty
while
the
second
one
wasn't.
I
followed
the
instructions
on
the
samsonite
webpage
but
you
just
argued
that
I
did
not
buy
it
in
your
store
(see
also
other
identical
comments
in
this
forum).
In
the
end
it
is
your
decision,
I
still
need
4
more
new
suitcases
but
you
will
not
be
the
vendor
selling
it
to
me.
And
yes,
I
have
made
a
complaint
with
samsonite.
when
a
customer
indicates
he
is
going
to
complain,
it
is
simply
not
acceptable
refusing
to
provide
a
name
to
identify
the
person
about
whom
one
is
going
to
complain.
I
wish
you
all
the
best,
with
the
attitude
you
showed
today
you
will
not
acquire
new
customers
who
bought
elsewhere
before.
And
I
did
not
buy
the
suitcases
in
your
store
because
I
did
not
live
in
belgium
by
the
time
I
bought
the
suitcases.
