It was a lovely experience. Great coffee and tea and the brownies are a "guilty pleasure". You have to try one and don't share it! Great service, everything is very clean. I can strongly recommend this café.

Be aware ! They fool customers by serving under extract coffee. Theoricaly, a double shot should be poured between 25 ans 35 seconds. It took only 10 seconds for a double shot of the expensive Costa Rica. After complaining, the fake barista made a new one and poured it in 9 seconds. I complained again, she then made a cheaper coffee and it was poured in 14 seconds... This is a roastery, and they do not know how to make a coffee ! I got no apologies, no refund. Not even from the manager who, obviously, knows nothing about coffees. They are just some sales, not coffee experts.

It was my first time visiting a cafe where you can choose from different variety of origins for the coffee you are having. Every origin of beans was well described on the board and it was easy to make a choice depending on what kind of taste I look for. It was so cool and I loved the concept so much! I love hand drip coffees but they only offer coffees made with espresso machine, so I bought the Brasil 250gr beans, had it grounded instantly, and dripped my own at home. Very soft and sweet as I wanted to slow down a bit on my coffee taste hha, loved it! Will come back for sure and try out other beans!

Very good coffee and friendly staff. Every day I go to a different coffee shop in the area, always rotating between them and I have to say their little sweet treat and the glass of water when choosing to have your coffee “sur place” are a very nice touch that always make me look forward to coming here.

Santos Palace Shop is a place for coffee aficionados, who are interested in tasting single estate origin coffee beans from across Africa, Latin and South America. A safe bet! They also have a large selection of specialty teas for tea lovers.

I would have wished more expertise of this kind of a place. No latte art and they didn’t know what type of arabica beans they were using. The guy working was nice though.

I have literally just discovered a gem! To all the coffee lovers, this is your place in Brussels. Ive passed by this shop out of the blue, on my way to get coffee beans from Corica but I ended up getting my coffee from here. The great assistance I have received from the adorable staff was very helpful.

Shop with the best coffee and tea in Brussels. I stopped by there several times during my stay, and of course I bought tea to take home, as a gift. Wonderful, quiet, modern with a touch of the past, clean, a place to take a break and rest. All recommendations.

One of the best coffee and tea shops. They offer great quality coffee beans and a very special tea selection, best of both worlds. The cafe's menu is well explained and detailed and their granola bars are amazing, not to be missed! The service were very friendly and welcoming. 5/5 coffee taste, 5/5 snacks, 5/5 whole bean sales, 5/5 tea selection. It was one of the highlights of my trip to Brussels and i totally recommend it.

We bought three 250g bags of coffee to take with us, but we couldn't finish it, because the roasted coffee is so dark that when you make espresso, it's like you're eating the ground! It is very bitter and there is no other taste except bitterness. I will not buy again and I do not advise you!

Nice expresso for Belgium, still lacking some body, but with a nice roast flavour! Quiet spot, with good service and cool coffee soul vibe. (PS: They have a really large variety of coffee types for sale)

Our favourite place for coffee in Brussels!! Wish we could pick it up and ship it all back to London with us 🤣 Me and my partner have come here every morning without fail for the most delicious coffee. We will miss it when back in England. ...Also the waffles are to die for. A must visit!!

I'm literally writing the review as I'm getting my coffee ready because oh my lord! I got the Guatemala specialty coffee and it's hands down one of the best coffees I've had in my life. The taste is amazing and it smells heavenly! Everything was well-described on the board so anyone can choose the type of coffee based on their preference. The service was prompt and very nice, so whenever I'm gonna be in Brussels again this will be a compulsory stop. Very much recommend!

The patron is really a horrible person. I come to his shop twice and and he sent me away because he closes at 17:45. The problem is that I arrived 10 minutes before. I will never come again. Period.

I was in Brussels for nearly a week, and Santos’s was by far the best espresso I tried there. My friend who lives in Brussels also told me Santos’s is where all the locals go for the best coffee. Now that I think about it , the espresso may have been the finest I have ever tried. The person I was with loved his cappuccino as well. I would suggest it be one of your first stops if you are a coffee person. As an aside they also have a large variety of teas that looked pretty interesting but I didn’t try one.

(Translated by Google) Good coffee, large selection. Friendly, helpful and bilingual seller. The property has a somewhat vintage feel to it and could use some modernisation, but that is apparently planned soon. (Original) Goede koffie, groot aanbod. Vriendelijke, behulpzame en tweetalige verkoper. Het pand doet wat vintage aan en kan een modernisering gebruiken, maar die is blijkbaar binnenkort gepland.
