Overpriced and overrated hotel. I was not impressed. The room was average and the meals served buffet style were nice, but not as delicious as ordering from a menu. We were there during a reunion of some sort and the entire place was filled with elderly people who were very loud even until 10pm in the corridors. No, I would not recommend this expensive hotel to anyone.

Location is good, couple of minutes from the centre. Breakfast - and especially dinner (included in our case) were fantastic. Staff at reception - all right, efficient and friendly. Parking is easy and accessible, albeit paid and not really secure. There is a pool, which we couldn't access but it is there. Wifi is OK but on the slow side. The rooms are a bit small (at least in the twin), there is no space for the luggage really and feels a bit cramped. Our room wasn't cleaned, I don't know if this is a hotel policy or just happened. The person at the pool reception couldn't speak any English.

My family and I spent some wonderful days in this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and above all, very professional, which is rare to find in Hungary. The food was very good and the waiters were very professional, understanding and helpful and they helped a lot my mother, who suffers from various food intolerances. The rooms were clean and very nice, full of positive energy. We got to spend a lot of time in the Wellness area which we really enjoyed, there are saunas, swimming pools, massage area, whirlpool, aromatherapy etc ... The staff at the reception were very helpful in helping me with my severe migraine when I asked for some help. It was our first time here but we will definitely be back very soon! I thank all the staff and invite anyone to try this beautiful hotel. :) ♥️

The food (options and quality offered) and decor wasn't to my taste, it was just ok. I felt the room could have been cleaner. There was no safe in my room but other than that the facilities were adequate. I did not get a chance to use the health and leisure facilities but the location was good. There was an issue with the booking (I travelled for business so the hotel was booked for me) and I was told at checkout that the full balance had not been paid. Staff were not interested in trying to resolve it with my company, they just wanted the money there and then. Given the price I'd say it was good value for money.

Conference halls are big, well equipped, projectors, computers and audio background are great, the place is capable of givin' place for such a huge conference as the Retina Meeting of the Hungarian Society of Ophthalmology. 100% satisfied!

Standard hotel rooms are small, but there is enough room for 2 persons. If you are unlucky, wifi signal will be poor or even undetectable. Enough TV channel. Wellness part: really good, even with kids. There are 3 pools and 1 children pool, 2 jakuzzi several saunas.

Great hotel with a nice wellness section with warm and cold pools, jacuzzi and finn sauna. There are a lot of space to organize events (I was here on a dance festival with dance parties and workshops simultaneously in 5-6 rooms).

Great place, cool and kind service members. Our room was really fine, there was not any problem with the food, espacially not with the dinner. I recommend this Hotel in Eger!

Good old hotel style experience with friendly staff. Meal quality is billowy but groundly good. Minus point for the lobby which has Macallan ön stock but closed at 10 PM.

Amazing service in all around the Welness area, perfect services at the reception, I made a mistake by the booking and they corrected it and accepted the change. The food is very good but I missed smthg. The historical castle is 800 m from the hotel, play room for the kids, live music in Saturday night, 45 cm baby pool, everything was perfect to travel and stay there with a 9 months old 👶 I was here one year ago with the baby in my belly and we will come back again.

Nice hotel, We stayed at the new section, rooms with cute balcony, very good spa area (swimming pool, saunas, kids pool and jacuzzi), private parking place. Very close to the center and shopping center
