Food is good ... Service was great. Overall a very good experience. The server was very descriptive with the menu questions and super knowledgeable. 6pm on a Thursday ... I would have thought they would have been busier but the place was kinda empty. No wait to be seated... 2 minute wait for drinks.... Food was out in a snap. I got to keep my eye on the game during dinner and the family was thrilled to have a few drinks and chat it up.

Tuesday is bogo 50% bone in wings so why not stop by? Ordered all my food at once with the server and the wings always come out before the appetizers. It’s a pet peeve of mine - but it’s fine because my wings came out better than usual! Sometimes they overfry them here. It seems they don’t “reheat” the wings after they toss them in the sauce you pick because the wing sauce was cold but the wings were nice and hot. Very odd. Also, the menu changes looks almost every time I’ve decide to come here which is why I included pictures of them. I didn’t notice any item changes personally. All the servers I’ve had here are pretty good, and management has stepped in when people are too rowdy. If you like BWW, you’ll like this location.

Waiter at the bar was the best. Super friendly and attentive. He made sure the food was the way it is supposed to be (hot) and I didn’t have to send my fries back, which I normally have to do. The workaround is to ask for your fries as a appetizer so they are not sitting under the light getting cold.

Walked in and there was no one at the door. There was a like desk there , but no sign or anything. We weren’t sure if you seat yourself so we waited. There was 1 very rude waitress who looked at us, ignored us and walked away. All she had to say was” seat yourself” or “someone will be right w you”.it was obvious this was our first visit. We felt unwanted. She clearly was the only employee working. The vibe was horrible. After 10 15 minutes of this, with waitress still seeing us standing there and pretending we didn’t exist, we all walked out We drove to Red Robin we had a super meal and great service. We wouldn’t waste our money in Buffalo. Plenty of other places on Labor Day. Sad part is we’re all in the food beverage business so we’re easy going and great tippers The management wasn’t around No customer service or courtesy We were looking forward to trying this place, oh well

Everything was good. The price was good. Good proportion of fries but not a lot enough where you can snack on while waiting for everyone else to get their food done. This place hasn't been updated since it was made?

Stopped in on a day of shopping to grab a bite to eat. Got the Sampler and was highly disappointed. My husband frequents BWW and has had many times, this was my first. The nachos had no chicken on them (which clearly states on the menu that it comes with chicken). When we pointed it out to the waitress, she lied and said it doesn't come with chicken. My husband assured her it always does and even states it on the menu that it says chicken. I know it's a trivial thing, but for the principle, this was a bad business practice all around. Won't be returning, I like chilis better anyway and it's right next door!

Was very nice. The waitress was attentive and the new bourbon boneless wings were good. The garlic ones really didn't taste like garlic so that was the only disappointment and one was over done,

Not bad basic bar food. The burger was pretty freaking good I was a little surprised since I usually don't order burgers out. Will definitely go again, the kids liked it, has a sports theme, lots of TV's, service was awesome! Take the family or a guys/girls day or night out. Lots of fun. Thanks for the service
