    Went to Mays Landing Popeyes with my children.. got my daughter 2 piece chicken meal. Well she thought she was eating a piece of chicken skin, it was a piece of shrimp and she’s allergic.. the staff act like it wasn’t a big deal. Got my money back from her meal, but should’ve gotten my money back for everything.. trying to kill my baby.. smh. We’ll never go back there. And the lobby is dirty as hell. Instead of standing around, go wipe tables or the dirty smeared windows.

    Just don't. The owners of the most local establishments to me in Mays Landing, Pleasantville, and Cape May Courthouse are allowing the establishments to crumble and peel. Sanitation is not a concern nor is having the sides available for those of us who opt away from their fries. It's sad so that looking forward to good chicken in a clean place has forced me to look back into the local grocery stores and when I want a quick and fresh meal. I've bashed the establishments enough, I will leave the experiences with the help speak for itself if you dare venture in again. It will be a glorious day if you receive service when you can tear them away from their side conversations, side hustles, and phones.

    I’ve never met a drive through staff so rude before..the woman was behaving as if I went to beg her for food..she was very rude to my wife and I..never going back there for sure!! Won’t recommend at all!!

    First off let me start off by saying the customer service at this place is horrible. It took 4 mins to get someone to talk to me on the drive thru speaker and then when I got to the window to pay, I was speaking to myself. No response from the cashier at all. I’m sorry I actually did get a response of “huh” When I asked for some ranch. I said Thankyou and made sure to be happy and cordial and got nothing in return. I get home to see that I was shorted one piece of chicken and then look at them. If I’m paying for a service, regardless of what it is I expect at-least the bare minimum. Ridiculous!

    I went to Popeyes on Wednesday night with my family and I decided to order my child chicken nuggets. Pictured below, this is what I received. They were growing mold on them and were bright green when I opened the box. I reached out to Popeyes corporate and so far, no response or resolution to this health hazard. My bill was over 50 dollars too. I wish I did not order here. I am highly disappointed and concerned with the food quality. This was a health hazard and could get someone really sick.

    Went to the Mayslanding store Thursday 1/11 at 10am because online it shows they are open at that time - nope, closed like it was out of business. Decided to visit the Pleasantville location at 10:30am also shutdown like it was permanently closed. Love the food but hate when they decide when to open regardless what is advertised.

    Dark drive thru. No lights around the building. Still don't understand why the doors are locked to enter the restaurant only leaving drive thru for ordering. Customer service was good this time but not always

    The place is dirty. Employees are nasty to customers. President Biden said on juck fees. They charged $0.37 for sauce. Will never go back
